If the M Theory of string theory is our closest attempt to extracting a theory of everything (don’t worry, I don’t really get it either), the M Theory Quantum T testosterone boosters might very well be our best testosterone booster for everything stack.
With both daytime & nighttime test booster coverage, it seems there’s nothing lacking in M Theory’s supplements — and you would know if there is: M Theory Quantum T displays everything it has with its non-proprietary Supplement Facts.
So, what’s the deal here? Is M Theory Quantum T the ultimate testosterone booster or is it just what its title suggests: a theory? Read the review to find out.

The full M Theory Quantum T stack (or rather stacks) stacks up 12 impressive, well-researched testosterone boosters, muscle growth promoters, & sleep enhancers for 24-hour complete coverage on all things hairy & manly — replenishing basic male nutrients while stimulating fat metabolism for leaner athletic proportions.
But we’re getting ahead of ourselves. Let’s check out each Quantum T supplement in order, from dawn to dusk:
M Theory Quantum T AM
Suggested for “in the morning” supplementation, delivering the following ingredients.
Vitamin D3 – 7,500 IU — that’s a lot of D, perhaps too much, unless you’re a winter-time white boy, in which case this test booster is damn near essential to healthy testosterone levels.
Boron Citrate – Our second favorite test boosting mineral (the #1 favorite is in the PM stack) for its well-researched benefits on testosterone & estrogen.
Ashwagandha (as KSM-66®) – Awesome Ayurveda adaptogen with anxiolytic cognitive benefits, diminishing stress & anxiety while increasing “free” testosterone expression. KSM-66 is a great patented extract.
Fenugreek 4:1 Extract – Prepare for the smell: fenugreek is well-known for its muscle recovery & sex enhancing benefits as well as its maple syrupy smell that stankens your sweat & urine. As a test booster, fenugreek might work by inhibiting SHBG & 5-alpha reductase, the enzyme that converts T to DHT.
Coleus Forskohlii (as ForsLean®) – Popular ingredient in fat burner supplements, animal research indicates a significant effect on fat metabolism while human research is generally lacking.
Diindolylmethane (DIM) – Anti-estrogen compound sources from cruciferous vegetables (e.g., broccoli), believed to inhibit aromatase, the enzyme responsible for converting testosterone to estrogen — yeah, that’s a thing.
Black Pepper Extract (as BioPerine®) – Every supplement should have BioPerine black pepper extract — it requires only tiny doses for potent enhancement on nutrient absorption, enhancing the overall bioavailability of this formula.
M Theory Quantum T PM
Suggested for “before bedtime” supplementation, stacking up a simple roster of sleep-time boosters & minerals:
Magnesium AAC – In addition to the next ingredient, Mg AAC nearly hits the ZMA mark (misses the Vitamin B6 but, eh, that’s okay) for enhanced sleep support & healthier “free” T levels — particularly for the mineral-sweating athletes.
Zinc AAC – Our #1 favorite test boosting mineral (#2 overall on our BIG List of T-Boosters), playing a direct, key role in T-synthesis. In other words, no Zinc = no T.
Mucuna Pruriens (98% L-Dopa) – Oh hot daaaym — Mucuna pruriens coming in super hot at a 98% standardized extract of L-Dopa, the precursor to neurotransmitter dopamine and a GH + LH stimulator. Clever timing: pre-sleep growth hormone boosts are great for overnight muscle growth & recovery.
Black Pepper Extract (as BioPerine®) – Very nice to see you again, BioPerine.
Melatonin – Naturally produced by the body as “time to sleep, yo!” mental trigger. Quantum T PM provides a reasonable 1 mg, which we think is perfect: too much melatonin may throw off your natural melatonin pathways, causing headaches & brain fog the next morning.
Formula Analysis
From dawn to dusk, dusk til dawn, M Theory Quantum T outperforms Quentin Tarantino with its 24-hour approach to boosting natural testosterone levels aaaand natural, quality sleep, which (yes, yes you do!) you need if you’re hoping to use those elevated T levels for good.
And “good” in this sense means jacked & stacked muscle gains.
Individually, each Quantum T formula is “good” and would certainly review well on its own, yet the sum of the overall Quantum T AM + PM design is greater than its parts as, with the total AM + PM combination, you’re getting not only 4 of our Best 5 boosters — Zinc, Mucuna, D3, & Boron — but a wide variety of appropriately timed, premium quality adaptogens, estrogen blocks, fat burns, & more.
Plus, there’s the non-proprietary statuses of these formulas, which reveal hefty, clinically sufficient dosages — an accomplishment of Quantum T’s simple, no-BS formulation.
Could either supplement do more to ensure greater T gains? Perhaps — after all, our favorite T-booster is missing here: D-Aspartic Acid. Yet, even without it, M Theory Quantum T does what it does very well, and frankly wouldn’t be such an awesome product if it did try adding anything else to the AM or PM formulas.
M Theory Quantum T Benefits
If you’re supplementing both AM & PM, the potential benefits are:
- Increased natural T levels
- Enhanced sleep quality
- Improved muscle recovery
- Leaner muscle gains
While we wouldn’t expect massive increases in testosterone, especially if you’re already receiving adequate zinc, magnesium, boron, etc. intake, M Theory Quantum T seems to assist the body with maintaining a healthy testosterone threshold, which is often missed by most modern men — particularly athletes who are prone to sweating all of their important man minerals.
Who Takes It?
Man-Mineral Sweating Athletes. Man-minerals aren’t the only important ingredients in this formula, but they do encompass a significant portion of Quantum T’s test boosting potential. While any man may benefit from these supplements, they seem best suited for men whose goals require adequate sleep & lean muscle gains.
Any Side Effects?
The only ingredient worth monitoring here is melatonin. Some users may find the 1 mg inadequate, however if you’re supplementing the PM product nightly, then we recommend not attempting to up your melatonin intake with another melatonin supplement.
We mention this only because a couple customer reviews have mentioned “headache” as a side effect of these supplements, which is likely due to PM’s melatonin. Other than that, we see no significant risk of serious side effect with either AM or PM.
