One of the best cures to writer’s block is to just write.
Ditto for artists at the canvas: Just paint.
But that doesn’t necessarily call for the artist to simply dump all of their paint onto the canvas and mix it together with their hands, feet, & butt. (Perhaps they could do that and for it to still constitute “art” by today’s standards on “art” but, uh…) This seems to be the route Nature’s Plus took in concocting Ultra GHT Male, a testosterone/HGH booster that stacks up to 30+ INGREDIENTS.
Lucky for them, they actually notched in a few notable boosters, but how does the product rank as a whole? Let’s read the review to find out.
About Ultra GHT Male
Not to be confused with the standard GHT Male supplement, Ultra GHT Male is Nature’s Plus’ “Maximum Strength” formulation in the GHT Male line. Testosterone & HGH are the targeted hormones, but does Ultra GHT Male hit them? Formula notes:
- Test & HGH: Ultra GHT Male aims at both testosterone & HGH for anabolic, ergogenic muscle gains with a wide, wide (too wide?) net.
- Decent Quality: The vegan, vegetarian route to test boosting is welcomed here, particularly when the herbs are extracted & standardized for potency.
- 30+ Ingredients: How much is too much when it comes to ingredients? 15? 20? Whatever it is, we’re sure 30 is well past that line.

As a dietary supplement for men, take 3 extended release tablets once daily.
Ultra GHT Male packs 30+ ingredients into this T/HGH booster, provoking the question: Are 3 tablets enough?
Any random snapshot of an Ultra GHT Male ingredient is likely impress: Most of the items on this Supplement Facts are decent quality and great for male health. But the big picture? It’s much messier to look at when you look at this formula as whole.
But before we do that, let’s take a look at it part-by-part:
FuranoMax, 400 mg
Is it a test booster? Sex enhancer? Performance enhancer? All of the above?
One thing we can say: FuranoMax is quality Fenugreek.
And yes, perhaps it’s all of those other things as well, namely a sex/performance enhancer, but its inhibition of SHBG & 5-alpha reductase helps T status by increasing “free” T numbers flowing through the bloodstream. Do we consider it the best test boosting option? Not quite, yet it’s effective for younger athletic male health & performance (and it’s not the only test booster in this formula).
GHT Proprietary Nutrient Blend, 350 mg
Two things we don’t like about this blend:
- It’s proprietary.
- Not every ingredient here matters.
We have a hard time imagining 350 mg covering all 7 of these ingredients (that’s a potential average of 50 mg per ingredient), particularly for dosage demanding herbs like Rhodiola & Ginseng. Granted, the antioxidant & anti-inflammatory compounds (e.g. turmeric, red palm oil) are great for general health & longevity. However, their negative effect here is fewer milligrams for Ultra GHT Male’s actual test boosters.
ViNitrox, 300 mg
Typically, resveratrol or pterostilbene gets the antioxidant, anti-estrogen job done for men, but ViNotrox goes all out with multiple polyphenol sources (Grape, Apple) for, presumably, a comprehensive polyphenolic balance in sex hormones. The ViNitrox company claims “Amp[ed] up Nitric Oxide levels” which would benefit muscle performance as well.
GlucodOX AMP Activated Protein Kinase Hormone Booster, 100 mg
Often advertised as a fat burner, Guggul may assist with thyroid function, although the research is weak. Ultra GHT Male’s intent is to “boost AMPK cellular energy delivery system” which may promote leaner muscle growth for the active Ultra GHT Male users. Depending on the quality & content of this extract, 100 mg might be too low.
We’ll start with our Best5 favorites, top items on our BIG List of T-Boosters:
- Zinc – Directly involved in T-synthesis; decent quality, heavy dosage.
- Mucuna Pruriens – Supplies L-dopa, increases HGH; low quality, decent dosage.
- Vitamin D – Directly correlates with T status; good quality, okay dosage.
- Boron – Increases “free” T, reduces estrogen; good quality, questionable dosage.
The “question” of Boron’s dosage: Does the 5.5 mg represent the total dosage or the active Boron content? Both cases it’s too low, but the former case is way, way too low.
Other ingredients include more vitamins & minerals, a questionably dosed array of amino acids, standardized sex enhancing herbs (Tongkat Ali, Tribulus Terrestris), & under-dosed ingredients (Cassia Nomame, Ashwagandha, Phosphatidylcholine).
Ultra GHT Male does so much that it inevitably works well in some areas and, eh, not so much on the others. We’ll start this analysis on the positives (and end it on a horribly sad note):
- Ingredient Quality – Generally potent herbal extracts & ingredient forms.
- Ingredient Variety – Wide spectrum of male healthy bio-benefits.
- Best5 Favorites – Zinc, Mucuna Pruriens, Vitamin D, Boron.
For the most part, Ultra GHT Male displays all of its ingredient dosages, with exception to the GHT Proprietary Nutrient Blend, so they deserve at least semi-props for that…
And ya, okay, that was fun. Now onto the negative.
And the first negative we’d like to discuss is the inconsistent ingredient dosages: Some milligram counts are adequate, others are nowhere near effective. It’s not so horrendous that we’d accuse Ultra GHT Male of fairy dusting their product, especially given the decent quality of their ingredients, but we still ain’t too happy about it.
Additionally, Ultra GHT Male claims to supply “Extended Release Tablets” — a contradiction to the “Other Ingredients” in which generic junky tablet additives are listed, including Magnesium Stearate, which actually seems to inhibit nutrient absorption, decreasing this formula’s bioavailability.
All-in-all, Ultra GHT Male represents the Good, Bad, & Ugly of manufactured test boosters all in one tablet, with perhaps more good than bad and a mysterious degree of ugly.
Ultra GHT Male Benefits
Ultra GHT Male boasts a big game but the two primary claimed benefits are:
- Natural boost in HGH
- Natural boost in T
The combination of HGH & T leading to increased: Muscle growth, energy, strength, performance, endurance, brain function, sexual function, immune function, body composition, etc. etc.
Does Ultra GHT Male actually accomplish HGH & T gains? It has the right parts for elevated “free” T levels and may produce HGH boosts with Mucuna Pruriens & Tongkat Ali, although the dosage & quality levels of the HGH ingredients are questionable. We’d expect mild increases in prime male performance but nothing too major. And the customer reviews seem to agree: Ultra GHT Male’s effects are mild to meh.
Who Takes It?
Men on the Right-Side of the Bell Curve. i.e. in the “aged” category of life. Mature men experiencing diminished muscle gains, libido, energy, etc. may benefit by Ultra GHT Male’s vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, herbs, and so on. Otherwise, most of these ingredients are irrelevant to the younger, healthy male.
Any Side Effects?
None reported. Ultra GHT Male doesn’t display any red flags in its Supplement Facts or Other Ingredients, nor does it give us any reason to recommend an on-off cycling schedule. Most of the ingredients are clean & green.

Final Word on Ultra GHT Male
Ultra GHT Male has its singular shiny spots, yet when you widen your view to take in the whole formula, the product comes across as simply being all over the place. The formula shoots with a shotgun spread, some pellets potentially hitting the right spots, the others missing completely. On that note, parts of this supplement do work. The only question for you to answer now: Is it worth the price?
