We won’t mince words, bros.
In the Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone vs. Nugenix PM fight, one side is clearly much better than the other for sporting A) more ingredients, B) more T-boosters, and C) more, just… MORE.
Yet, when you stand them side-by-side, you notice less how tall they are and more how well they form the larger picture: Boosting T to build muscle.
In metaphorical junk terms, these two are a burger & a shake, respectively. And you wouldn’t eat a burger without any shake, would you?

Round 1: Formulas
Manufactured by Direct Digital LLC, Nugenix UT & PM don’t necessarily size up fairly as the latter formula is more of a spinoff of the original UT formula. However, don’t expect any cookie-cutter results as PM reworks the Nugenix tradition with entirely new & original list of ingredients.
Nugenix UT targets Age-Related T-Decline.
Nugenix UT tops our 2016 ed. Best5 T-Booster Supplements list at #2 for one BIG reason:
It’s flippin’ awesome.
By efficiently spreading 8 purposeful ingredients across a dense formula, Nugenix UT makes itself one of the best T-boosting options for the mature gents who are looking to rewind the clock on their testosterone levels.
Nugenix UT supplies 3 our top Best5 T-Booster Ingredients—DAA, Mucuna Pruriens, Boron—and plenty of legendary sex-enhancers, a few of which also offer considerable T-boosts:
- Fenugreek, Nettle Leaf, & Tongkat Ali in particular show promise in boosting T in addition to libido (Nettle Leaf is also great for prostate health).
- Maca & Epimedium (Horny Goat Weed) don’t necessarily boost T, but they’re great for male health—especially in regards to strength, vitality, and (yes) virility.
One of our few initial complaints with this formula was that it forgets Zinc, an even manlier mineral than Boron… but perhaps Direct Digital LLC had a reason for this…
Nugenix PM supports Overnight Strength Gains
Nugenix PM has Zinc.
This is found in the formula’s athletic-enhancing, T-boosting, sleep-supporting ZMA content, which is the first impressive move that Nugenix PM makes. From there it adds Terrestris Tribulus, a manly (anabolic) herb, and Melatonin, the “time-for-bed” neurotransmitter that helps gear the mind for deeper, healthier sleep.
Combined, these ingredients smartly address the most critical stage of muscle recovery & development: Sleep.
When compared to Nugenix UT, this formula seems vastly inferior for having fewer ingredients & only one of our Best5 T-Boosters (Zinc), yet a closer look suggests that it’s not necessarily intended to be contrasted with the other Nugenix products.
Nugenix PM is intended to be stacked with Nugenix UT.
With that in mind, while we appreciate Nugenix PM for tackling muscle gains from a unique, refreshing angle, we’d have to choose Nugenix UT’s formula first for establishing a stronger T-foundation.
Nugenix PM reads more like an expansion to the Nugenix UT formula rather than its own sturdy, standalone formula.
Round 1… Nugenix UT Wins.
Round 2: Dosages
First things first: Direct Digital LLC deserves props for no prop blends in both of its formula. Nothing kills a buzz worse than prop blends…
Of course, low dosages are buzzkills in their own rights as well, however we’re not seeing any here:
- Nugenix UT. DAA, Fenugreek, & Epimedium—all in top-notch dosages. The only questionable dosages are for Mucuna Pruriens & Tongkat Ali at 125 mg & 150 mg, respectively. Yet, the quality of these ingredients doesn’t have us too worried.
- Nugenix PM. The constituents of its ZMA are all backed by hefty dosages (Zinc’s high 30 mg is especially impressive), Tribulus has a solid 750 mg, and Melatonin is at an adequate 2 mg.
Both Nugenix UT & PM pass this round with flying colors.
Round 2… Tie.
Round 3: Ingredient Quality
These are becoming strange rounds to judge. We like both of these T-boosters thus far—the Nugenix T-booster series seems to really have its shit together—yet, Nugenix UT clearly outweighs PM in terms of size, giving it slightly more appeal than PM.
Having said that, when it comes to critical criteria such as “Dosages” & “Ingredient Quality,” we typically base our decisions on how many ingredients can be improved per total amount of ingredients, plus which ingredients are given priority in ingredient quality?
In terms of Ingredient Quality, Nugenix UT & PM are almost identical:
- Nugenix UT. 3 out of 8 ingredients could be improved—DAA, Nettle Leaf, & Maca Root.
- Nugenix PM. 2 out of 5 ingredients need improvenment—Magnesium & B6.
Mathematically, that amounts to 38% of Nugenix UT and 40% of Nugenix PM being inferior ingredient forms…
It’s almost like they’re produced by the same manufacturer or something.
Round 3… Tie.
Round 4: Price
Nugenix UT | VS. | Nugenix PM
1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $89.99 | 1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $39.99
Price Per Capsule | $0.75 | Price Per Capsule | $0.33
Price Per Serving | $3.00 | Price Per Serving | $1.33 |
Round 4… Direct Digital LLC Wins.
Round 5: JUDGEMENT
However you want to spin it, both of these T-boosters are worthy of your dollars.
If it were up to us, we’d simply advise: Go for both of them.
Essentially, if you’re only goal is to lift your testosterone levels back to youthful stands, then you’d be just fine supplementing Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone—however, adding Nugenix PM will re-purpose those increased T levels towards enhancing muscle & strength gains, as well.
And isn’t that what it’s all about anyways?
Ultimately, the judgment call is yours, but our final judgment is to buy both Nugenix UT and PM—ideally in that order.
In the Nugenix Ultimate Testosterone vs. Nugenix PM fight, the winner by Majority Draw is…
