MuscleTech has been in the building muscle, burning fat, looking sexier business for a long, long time now. And so we can expect them to be masters of either:
A) Providing the best, most effective supplements on the market.
B) Telling people their supplements are the best, most effective supplements on the market.
But, wait! you say. Can’t a supplement both be the best and say that it’s the best?
Sure, it’s technically possible, but the true alphas know that the best argument is action. And they tend not to waste their time on talking as they’re too busy training. Having said that, MuscleTech’s latest fat burner seems to suggest powerful and promising innovations. We’re talking about Hydroxycut Titanium.
Does this formula walk the walk? Or talk the talk? Let’s read the Hydroxycut Titanium review to find out!

About Hydroxycut Titanium
Manufactured by MuscleTech, Hydroxycut Titanium is an “Ultra-Premium Weight Loss & Extreme Sensory” fat burner supplement …sort of. While it’s certainly a fat burner, falling in line with the other Hydroxycut products, it’s not quite Ultra-Premium nor Extreme. So, then what is it? Formula notes:
- Hydroxy Weight Loss Plus: The two best fat burners in the designated “Weight Loss” blend: caffeine and CGAs. Also, some super sexy black pepper extract, baby.
- CN4 Sensory Matrix: Intended to boost the advertised “Neurosensory” measures …however, we’re not quite seeing that Hydroxycut Titanium’s second blend.
- It’s a Hydroxycut Formula: What else do we need to say? Hydroxycut has been in the business of burning fat for awhile now. And, frankly, this formula doesn’t do much to innovate their fat burning design.

Hydroxycut Titanium provides a standard Hydroxycut caffeinated experience with a side of questionable exotics.
However, we’ll concede that these exotics might actually work towards something good for Hydroxycut’s users. Having said that, let’s take a closer look at each ingredient to figure out what exactly sets this Hydroxycut formula apart from the other, near-identical Hydroxycut supplements.
Hydroxycut Titanium Review: Ingredients
Hydroxycut Titanium splits its formula into two blends, yet does us a solid by keeping those blends non-proprietary. As such, every ingredient in this formula has its individual dosage shown, leaving the guesswork out of this review. Check it:
Hydroxy Weight Loss Plus Blend
Weight loss via caffeine, coffee beans, spicy pepper, and antioxidants. Definitely the better blend of the two in this formula, containing the following ingredients:
Caffeine Anhydrous – Caffeine in a Hydroxycut product — damn right. Hydroxycut Titanium supplies a hefty 250 mg caffeine, essentially 2.7 cups of coffee per serving here. Not too extreme but definitely on the high end. Even so, caffeine is a reliable thermogenic fat burner.
Robusta Coffee Extract – Another Best5 favorite fat burner, ranking a little below caffeine on our BIG List of Fat Burners, Green Coffee Bean Extract provides chlorogenic acids (CGAs), which may help regulate energy metabolism and blood sugar.
Black Pepper Extract (as BioPerine®) – Never a bad idea to include black pepper extract in their formula, whether you’re selling fat burners or testosterone boosters. BioPerine seems to boost nutrient absorption, enhancing Hydroxycut Titanium’s overall bio-availability.
Satsuma Mandarin Concentrate – Sourced from Satsuma Mandarin oranges, beta-cryptoxanthin is a powerful antioxidant, potentially reducing age-related cognitive decline and bodily free radical damage.
CN4 Sensory Matrix
Partially responsible for the “Extreme Sensory” advertised by MuscleTech, this blend, um… enhances sensation? Which sense, though? Never mind all that, it really doesn’t make much sense. Rather this blend provides more potential fat burning and a couple strange exotics.
Coleus Extract – Used in various health supplements, Coleus forskohlii may help activate cAMP activity, triggering the metabolism of stored fat.
Black Ginger – Hard to tell the value of this ingredient, given that its presented in plain, and not extract, form. However, ginger’s zingerone may help trigger lipolysis while blocking fat absorption.
Longan Extract – Not much evidence for this ingredient’s fat burner potential, but it may increase the brain’s neuroprotective capacity. Seems better qualified as a nootropic.
Galangal Extract – Sort of a strange choice here, given galangal’s reputation for motion sickness amelioration. May assist with digestion and appetite, similar to ginger’s effects on the digestive tract.
Formula Analysis
Here’s the general formula to making a Hydroxycut formula:
- Add caffeine.
- Add coffee bean extract.
- Sprinkle questionably dosed exotics.
And by “exotics” we mean cool-sounding herbal ingredients that are either not backed by much research or backed by research that don’t justify their use in a fat burner supplement. For example, Hydroxycut Titanium’s Longan Extract neither has the most promising research nor does its discovered health benefits necessarily improve fat burning.
Granted, part of Hydroxycut Titanium’s hybrid design is to cover “Extreme Sensory” improvements …but we’re not entirely sure what that even means. Judging by the rest of their ad copy, Hydroxycut Titanium likely means “neurosensory” for “Enhanced Focus” — yet, this is already covered by Hydroxycut’s caffeine.
It’s not an additional benefit to the Hydroxycut design. It’s actually one of their primary, common features.
Having said that, if you’re down for the caffeine rush, with the additional benefits of green coffee bean extract, as well as the potential health benefits of Hydroxycut Titanium’s exotics …then, well, this fat burner supplement is for YOU!
Hydroxycut Titanium Benefits
MuscleTech makes the following claims and benefits with Hydroxycut Titanium:
- Researched Weight Loss
- Enhanced Focus
- Explosive Energy
- Amplified Thermogenesis
While the overall formula has not been researched, caffeine and coffee bean extract have been …so, fine, that’s only slightly deceptive. However, the remaining three benefit quotes can each be attributed to caffeine. And, judging by the weak formula design outside of Hydroxycut’s caffeine and coffee bean extract, it’s likely that these benefits are almost entirely of the caffeinated variety.
Who Takes It?
Caffeine-Loving Lifters. Hydroxycut seems to target the weight-lifting, git amped, bodybuilder crowd, as opposed to your standard dieters. And while it’s not the most nuanced fat burner supplement, Hydroxycut Titanium’s caffeine rush is sure to be welcomed by those who …well, dig the caffeine rush.
Any Side Effects?
Here’s the thing… Despite Hydroxycut Titanium’s recent listing on the supplement market, customer reviews are almost unanimously positive on this bad boy, claiming massive improvements in energy and belly fat after weeks of supplementation. Of course, if it’s a new supplement, this is impossible. So, while the customer reviews are generally positive, we’re not 100% sold that this formula is 100% safe.
Odds are that stimulant sensitive users may not interact well with Hydroxycut Titanium’s caffeine content. So, at the least, consider the caffeine here.
Hydroxycut Titanium Review Summary
Pros
- Best5 Favs. Caffeine and CGAs may reliably spike a thermogenic metabolism.
- Non-Prop. MuscleTech keeps the proprietary nonsense away from this product.
- Affordable. Especially considering that you’re receiving 100 caps for 50 servings.
Cons
- Common. This is a pretty run-of-the-mill fat burner, even despite the exotics.
- Not Researched. MuscleTech tries to sneak the “Researched” claim in there. It’s not.
- Fake Reviews. At least on Bodybuilder.com, the Hydroxycut Titanium listing has been bombarded with false positives.
Pricing and Where to Buy
- 1 Bottle (1 month): $39.99
- Available online and in retail stores
Final Word on Hydroxycut Titanium
Some people love Hydroxycut. Others hate it. Odds are that if you’re a Hydroxycut newcomer, you’ll end up on either extreme following a few servings of Hydroxycut Titanium. Thus, a Hydroxycut Titanium Review seems somewhat unnecessary, given that it’s ultimately up to your caffeinated fat burner preferences. Our take: Caffeine works, but it works better when stacked with other better fat burners. Even so, you’ll likely save a bunch of money by replacing your daily coffee with a daily Hydroxycut.
