Judging by the subject of this review, NOW Foods is no misnomer:
NOW Foods delivers a product that wants you to feel its results NOW.
How then does that apply to a concept such as testosterone booster, which typically requires long-term shifts in dietary, exercise, etc.? Can it apply to such a concept?
First impressions tell us that Testojack 100 certainly addresses some aspects of male health & performance, but we’ll need to dive deeper to judge whether these occur on a hormonal (i.e. testosterone) scale. Let’s see what the review says.

About Testojack 100
From NOW Foods we have Testojack 100, a Male Performance Formula that, well, follows an interesting definition of “Male Performance.” (Let’s not be coy: We’re talking about sex.) But does it boost T? Formula notes:
- LJ100® Extract: Likely, the Testojack 100 name is inspired by this well-researched patented extract of Longjack, or Eurycoma longifolia.
- Zn-Mg-B6: Put them all together and you get: ZMA — a well-regarded sports nutrition trio of minerals (+ Vitamin B6) for the mineral sweating athletes.
- Tribulus Terrestris: Every male supplement seems to carry Tribulus these days, despite the fact that it doesn’t boost T. Yet, it boosts libido, so we can dig it.

Testojack 100 keeps it 100 with these quality herbal extracts.
But what about the rest of its ingredients?
Or rather: What other ingredients?
Testojack 100 keeps it 100, but it also keeps it very simple, stacking up only 5 ingredients, 3 of which can be condensed into 1 ingredient:
ZMA (Zinc, Magnesium, B6)
Most testosterone formulas mix-&-match their own ZMA formulations. Testojack 100 goes with the actual ZMA® registered brand, which includes the following ZMA forms:
- Zinc – #2 on our BIG List of T-Boosters; decent form & dosage.
- Magnesium – Decent form & dosage, related to total & free T levels.
- Vitamin B6 – Effective mood booster, vaguely associated with T synthesis.
Independently, these ingredients support T status through various vague pathways — essentially when body levels of these compounds are down, T levels are down. For the mineral sweating athlete, ZMA serves as replenishment. For everyone else, meh… maybe it works? To learn more check out this article on ZMA.
Tribulus Terrestris Extract
Potent Tribulus extract. Solid dosage. Not a T-booster.
So what is it then?
Tribulus Terrestris is more performance enhancer than it is T-booster, and it’s more sex enhancer than it is performance enhancer, in the muscly athlete sense of the word performance. Some people view the plant as an ergogenic aid. Perhaps it has that potential with its slight male hormone precursor support. But on the whole: Tribulus is best for sex.
LJ100® (Eurycoma Longifolia)
Eurycoma Longifolia, or Longjack, is nicknamed “Stick of Man” for a reason. Well, reasons:
- The plant’s phallic structure.
- Eurycoma’s visibly noticeable boosts on libido.
And, unlike Tribulus, Eurycoma doesn’t just enhance sex, supporting an anabolic hormonal profile through its: A) promotion of free T levels, B) reduction of catabolic stress hormone cortisol. The mix of T-boosting & stress reducing makes Eurycoma a high-value manly adaptogen, particularly when presented as this potent LJ100 branded extract.
Formula Analysis
Testojack 100 plays it safe with its short, simple ZMA + 2 herbal extracts design: The ZMA being a well-regarded sports nutritional trio and the herbs being your standard plant option (Tribulus) and a well-researched manly extract (Tongkat Ali).
The result: Vegan male power of a higher order.
Not the highest order but a higher order all the same, positive points including:
- Top quality herbal extracts
- Decent dosages
- Male-functional minerals (+ B6)
However, Testojack 100 could use improvements in a few areas, starting with its ZMA quality: We get that this is the brand registered ZMA, the original ZMA formulation, but there are better, more absorbable ZMA ingredients than these (e.g. Magnesium Citrate, P-5-P). Additionally, Tribulus is a questionable plant decision, given that it doesn’t do much for T.
We won’t bust Testojack’s balls over this, though: At least they gave us potent Trib.
Testojack 100 Benefits
The benefits touted by NOW Foods for Testojack 100 include:
- Supports Healthy Sexual Activity
- Virility Enhancement
And we’d say that accurately sums up this product’s bioactivities: Both herbs are recognized libido boosters, with potential to boost male hormones & athletic performance as well. We doubt Testojack 100 will skyrocket your testosterone levels, but they don’t seem to claim that… So we got no beef.
Who Takes It?
Plant-Fueled Men. Testojack 100’s vegan status is not unique to the T-booster market, but it’s still worth noting given the quality of its chosen herbs. Many products take the vegan route by supplying only raw (impotent) powders. Testojack does us a solid with these standardized extracts.
Any Side Effects?
Nope. The customer reviews haven’t mentioned any risk or incidence of side effect, nor would we expect any with these ingredients. Even the Zinc is at a manageable level (high Zinc intake may lead to prostate issues), so any risk there seems minimal as well.
