Manufactured by big doggs GNC, Mega Men Healthy Testosterone is a comprehensive male multivitamin supplement, claimed to be “Clinically Studied.” While this last claim isn’t necessarily true, the value of multivitamins to male health is undeniable, particularly in the later years of life. Formula notes:

• Vitapak® Program: One serving includes 4 different formulas, 7 colored pills, stacking up to a total of 70+ ingredients.
• Mega Men Multivitamin: The center of this multipill formula is the multivitamin, holding upwards of 50+ ingredients.

Ideally, for the older mega men out there on the latter end of age-related testosterone decline, Mega Men Healthy Testosterone should work as a comprehensive “all-you-need” male health enhancement supplement… ideally.

Mega Men Healthy Testosterone supplies plenty of well-researched minerals, vitamins, herbs, & compounds that are great for older male health & vitality–yet, despite the extensive 4-pill design, might not have enough space to give each & every ingredient a chance to perform.

Regardless, let’s take a look at the ingredients in each pill, then take the review from there:

Mega Men Multivitamin – Beige

This is the multivitamin within MMHT’s multipill formulation. As such, this possesses most of MMHT’s ingredients, stacking up a whopping 56 ingredients–19 of which are found in the multivitamin’s 68.5 mg dosed “Fruit & Vegetable Blend.” All-in-all, the ingredients can be divided into the following categories:

• Standard Vitamins & Minerals. Containing B5 favorites Zinc & Vitamin D, all ingredients being adequately dosed, yet of cheap quality.
• Super Antioxidant Blend. Tiny doses of notable antioxidants, including a couple quality brands (Lutemax® and CurcuWIN™).
• Fruit & Vegetable Blend. 19 powders & extracts of fruits & vegetables. No discernible purpose for this blend other than that fruits & veggies are good for you.
• Amino Acid Blend. Two aminos, L-Arginine & L-Glutamine, that help with bloodflow & protein metabolism. Both are inadequately dosed here.
• Brain Health Blend. Negligible amounts of largely unnecessary ingredients, with exception to our boy Boron. The best boosters know to use Boron.

Immediately, 3 of these 5 blends can be written off (Fruit & Vegetable, Amino Acid, & Brain Health) for providing insignificant dosages and/or poor quality ingredients. Super Antioxidant might provide decent antioxidant, but it’s doubtful.

Otherwise, the only ingredients of value in this multivitamin are the vitamins & minerals, most of which are found in lower value formats.

Healthy Hormone Formula – Greenish-Brown

Redemption points given here for Healthy Hormone Formula’s hefty supply of Testofen, a branded extract of Fenugreek that has a decent (albeit potentially biased) research under its belt.

The remaining ingredients deal with the same problem found in the last pill: Low dosages. Which is a shame considering that the Tongkat Ali here could have offered further male hormone support, in addition to enhanced sexual health & stamina as well.

Blood Flow & Circulation – Dark Green

Decent antioxidant action from Resveratrol, a well-known grape compound for its benefits on cardio health. 20 mg seems to be enough to enact Resveratrol’s bio-effects on cardio health, however the 1 mg allotted to Lycopene won’t do much–if anything.

Makes us wonder what else is being stuffed into the dark green pills if only 21 mg is being reserved for the formula’s 2 ingredients.

DHEA Prostate & Virility –  Green

Parts of the green pill overlap with previous pill formulas (e.g. Zinc, Selenium, L-Arginine, Lycopene), thus raising the overall dosages of these ingredients per MMHT serving. Yet, of these, the only ingredient that seems to have substantial value is L-Arginine, increasing the amino’s previous 50 mg dosage to 250 mg.

Other well-dosed ingredients in the DHEA Prostate & Virility pills include Saw Palmetto & Nettle Leaf, which are solid prostate-protecting ingredients. The DHEA here is sitting on a 50 mg dosage, which works for older male health, but is a “banned substance” (according to the World Anti-Doping Agency), so take caution if you’re a competing athlete.

Formula Analysis

The recurrence of the color Green in this formula’s pills is a solid indicator of Mega Men Healthy Testosterone’s all-natural, “green” ingredients. But it’s also ironic: The green colors are built on non-“green” FD&C colors.

Like much of Mega Men Healthy Testosterone’s formula.

The clear highlight of this formula: Mega Men Multivitamin.

For men looking for a manly multivitamin supplement, there you go: MMHT has the multivitamin angle contained in its Beige colored pills. Yet, these pills also contain a number of unnecessary, low-value ingredients as well, potentially drawing from the total value of the multivitamins. The only exception being the antioxidants, which may or may not have anti-aging male benefits due to their questionable dosages (how’s that for a bode of confidence?).

The Healthy Hormone Formula will work as much as 600 milligrams of Testofen (Fenugreek) works, which, by the way, is actually pretty well–in effect increasing “free” T levels as well as sexual health & libido.

The  Blood Flow & Circulation pills may offer some cardio benefits via Resveratrol, whereas the DHEA Prostate & Virility pills may offer prostate protection via Saw Palmetto & Stinging Nettle–as well as a triggered drug test due to the DHEA content.

These points are all positives of Mega Men Healthy Testosterone. But these positive points are overwhelming outweighed by the negatives of this formula–e.g. the questionable dosages, the unnecessary ingredients, the junky additives.

At best, MMHT provides multivitamin nutrition, Fenugreek sex boosts, & decent antioxidant protection, but considering the price of this product, it may actually be more cost efficient to find separate multivitamin, Fenugreek, & antioxidant products of better quality & value (although, admittedly, we’re ignoring the value of MMHT’s convenience with this statement!).

Mega Men Healthy Testosterone gets enough right to earn these claims. The multivitamins provide helpful support for various angles of male health & energy, sexual or otherwise, whereas some of the herbs, extracts, & compounds may help support prostate, urinary, & cardio health.

Who Takes It?

Ye Olden Folks. Mild to moderate daily supplement of multivitamins and antioxidants isn’t really a requirement until you’re an older dood at risk of nutrient deficiencies. The all-encompassing nature of this product seems specially geared towards mature men rather than younger doods trying to enhance their physical and/or sexual performance.

Any Side Effects?

None reported. On the whole, MMHT is backed by predominantly positive customer reviews, many of which suggest of long-term supplementation with no side effects. The Vitapaks ratings are solid as well. The only ingredient to watch out for is the DHEA if you like to keep your pro athlete urine free of signs of prohormone tampering.
