We can already imagine a hard gainer turning himself or herself into a bona fide bodybuilder in weeks (together with the prerequisite exercise, nutrition, and rest).
Let’s start with the star of the show: Protein.
You get a whopping 50 grams in one serving. Bear in mind one serving is equal to four scoops. If you do the math, one scoop yields 12.5 grams of protein – not much by any stretch.
Given the manufacturer’s suggested use of as many as four times a day (between meals, after workouts, before bed), you can get around 200 grams of protein daily.
