Can you actually boil fat? That’s what 212 High Energy Fat Burner says and we quote “Bring Fat to its Boiling Point.” They based their weird name off of the boiling point of water (which is 212 F) but we’re pretty sure it takes more than that to boil fat.
Despite the weird product nomenclature, we like to think 212 might just pull it off. We see a lot of good ingredients in the back and our hunch says 212 is a legit fat burner on top of other things. Let’s see for ourselves if this fat boiler actually does what it says it can do.

212 will send your fat to Hell’s Kitchen
212’s bulky fat burner offers a handful of evidence-backed fat destroyers and a whole lot more of bulking agents. That’s because for every 6 g of the stuff the ingredients only weigh in at 885 mg. We know the ingredients are potent and bulking agents are a necessity to reduce the stomach burns but this may provide some other side effects when it comes to drinking a glass of liquid powder. Let’s break down the ingredients in this formula:
Thermogenic & Nootropic Amplifier Elements
This blend is composed of ingredients capable of revving up your body’s fat burning engine. Incredible fat burning ingredients such as caffeine and synephrine offer a potent burn-stack and the fact that each one is dosed adequately meaning they’re not filled to the brim but the synergy between these two should be more than enough to get your fat burning systems going.
PEA and Theanine are two amazing nootropics. PEA is known for its “feel good” effect but is sadly outclasses by a more potent Rhodiola. Regardless, PEA is still a good choice to have despite having minimal dosing. Theanine on the other hand is one of our favorite nootropics to have as not only does it function as a calming ingredient but also softens the blow from caffeine’s common side effects. Dosing might not be succinct for the caffeine-shield function but it’s better than nothing.
Fat Oxidation & Core Temperature Activator Elements
If the first blend is all about the ignition and revving this blend is all about sustaining and accelerating. Green coffee bean is super hot at 50% CGA that ensures maximum burn throughout. Granted dosing is far from ideal, the standard dosing Octopamine has here should work in synergy with green coffee bean as it functions in such a way that it promotes lipolysis and prevents fat buildup. To further boost the two ingredient’s absorption and effects is Black Pepper in the form of BioPerine, the brand we all love to see.
This is a pretty great blend on its own but the problem is with Octopamine. The synephrine metabolite is currently under the watch of WADA. Better take this supplement when you’re not competing.
Definition & Tightening Elements
Not much to say about this blend except these will help give you that “veiny” look as Dandelion, Juniper, and Uva Ursi are all “piss” ingredients. Good thing the supplement comes with electrolytes or you might find yourself fainting in the middle of squatting your max.
Formula Analysis
The blends in 212 may not specifically send your fat “boiling” (because fat boils at a helluva lot hotter temperature) but it should put a scare into them. 212 makes use of ingredients that not only promotes fat breakdown but also makes use of fat-blocking mechanisms.
Hitting fat from two angles will send your metabolism through the roof but there is this one problem we found in how the formula was built. It has herbs meant to make you piss to make you have that vascular look you see a lot in competitions.
Okay so 212 does fat burning pretty good and throws a bit of vascularity in the mix. Perfect, right? Well, not really. As mentioned earlier, WADA will make sure you get disqualified because they hate Octopamine. This makes 212’s “competition formula” not really for competition. Weird, eh?
There’s also the problem of too much bulking agents in the mix. We know how bulking agents work in powders and why they’re a necessity but we think having more than 5 g of bulking agent per 6 g serving is a bit too much.
For one, it might have an issue with mixing the damn thing or quaffing it down your throat. It might give you problems like bloating and puking if you down it too fast but if you’re used to powders then this shouldn’t be a new sensation to you or your gut.
Granted it’s not WADA-friendly, 212 is still one of the most effective fat burners we’ve seen with the only real downside is on having too much powder.
212 High Energy Fat Burner Benefits
You’ll literally feel it working as this fat burner is stimulant-powered. You’ll be sweating, feeling hot, and just energized. There’s also an element of focus and relaxation but not so much. If you’re into pissing all the time then you’ll have fun with this.
Who Takes It?
It’s definitely for folks who know their stimulants and aren’t afraid to try strong ingredients. It’s also for those who just want an honest to goodness fat burner minus the fluff and sketchy marketing gimmick.
Any Side Effects?
Stimulants are known double-edged swords in the supplement world and 212 makes use of a good amount of them. It has theanine and PEA but those can’t guarantee protection from jitters, palpitations, nausea, and excessive sweating.

Final Word on 212 High Energy Fat Burner
We like what 212 did here. They put quality fat burners and mixed them up with quality nootropics plus gave us vascular ingredients which all contribute to weight loss and that lean look. Granted you won’t be competing with this supplement, we don’t see that as a threat to its market since those who would buy this are probably aware of what’s banned, what’s dangerous, and what can be taken safely.
We only really didn’t like the amount of powder you have to swallow along with the good stuff but we’re not the experts so we’ll just let this go…for now.
