Res-Q Natural Male Testosterone Support has come to the…
REESSSCUUUEEE… ( ͡º ͜ʖ ͡º)
Very punny, friend-O. But seriously, what’s up with this supplement? If the implication is that Res-Q has come to rescue low testosterone levels through natural testosterone supplement, we have to wonder how Res-Q plans on doing this with its ho-hum selection of ingredients.
Because (SPOILER ALERT) they’re not all that great at improving testosterone activity. So, let’s figure out what they are good at in the Res-Q review.

About Res-Q Natural Male Testosterone
Res-Q keeps it simple and straightforward: This is a Natural Male Testosterone Support supplement. Not an “Xtreme!” formula or “MONSTER BOOSTER” but a clean, humble, natural testosterone booster. Except it’s really not. Nor is it all that clean. Formula notes:
- Proprietary Blend: Res-Q evidently feels like it’s onto something special here, given that they’ve hidden their formula underneath an annoying prop blend label.
- Libido Pumps: While the testosterone boosts are lacking in this formula, Res-Q somewhat makes up for this by providing circulatory enhancing, libido stimulating herbs and compounds.
- Junky Tabs: There are more “Other Ingredients” than actual ingredients in these 2 tablet servings (capsules would’ve been better). Not a good look for a supposed “natural” testosterone supplement.

Res-Q may not boost testosterone but, uhm …it probably does something good!
First impression of the Res-Q formula: None of these boosters work for boosting testosterone. The leading ingredient might benefit test levels for older males, but that’s about as far as this supplement’s hormone boosts go. So, what does this supplement do then?
Let’s find the answer to that in the:
Proprietary Blend
The Res-Q proprietary blend (yes, it’s proprietary…) sets aside 1,100 mg to cover seven ingredients, allowing for a potential average 157.1 mg per ingredient, which ain’t bad considering that most (not all) ingredients here are presented in potent extract forms. Check it:
Korean Red Ginseng 10:1 – Working primarily as an “as needed” male vitality enhancer, Ginseng seems to increasingly benefit male performance and energy as men age, and it might benefit testosterone as well, but that claim is based on one elusive study from 1996.
Ginkgo Biloba Extract – Stacked with the adaptogen Rhodiola rosea, Ginkgo may improve testosterone and strength enhancement. On its own, its simply great for circulation and potentially dopamine levels — the latter, nootropic bio-effect potentially improving working memory.
Epimedium Extract – Better known as a testosterone mimic than a bona fide testosterone booster, Epimedium (or Horny Goat Weed) seems to enhance libido, energy, and vitality without actually altering test levels.
Muira Puama – This herb naturally enhances sexual and physical health with a cognitive enhancing nootropic edge.
Tribulus Terrestris – Tribulus terrestris might be the most popular, natural test booster on the market, but it ranks low on our BIG List of T-Boosters for its inefficiency at boosting testosterone. That’s right: Trib doesn’t seem to boost testosterone …but it does boost libido — AYO!
L-Arginine HCl – This N.O. boosting might improve a low test status impaired by poor circulation, but most men supplement this ingredient for its prime circulatory muscle pumping benefits. SEE: pre-workout supplements.
Cnidium Fruit – Osthol, a major bio-active component of Cnidium monnieri, has suggested links with improved testosterone, gonadotropin, and nitric oxide synthase activity.
Formula Analysis
Res-Q advertises itself with a simple, humble description: Natural Male Testosterone Support — yet fails to convince us that it provides any significant improvements on testosterone status. Our lack of conviction stems from two missteps taken by Res-Q:
- The Proprietary Blend – opting for a “proprietary” label greatly lessens our trust in this supplement, as we’re unable to see its individual ingredient dosages.
- The Ingredient Choices – none of the BIG List of T-Boosters favorites can be found here, and while the herbal ingredients may help male healthy and vitality, they only provide marginal to nil support for testosterone.
Not that the ingredients chosen for Res-Q are necessarily bad ingredients. Some of these nature herbs have been used for centuries to support various aspects and male and female health, energy, strength, performance, etc.
But that’s exactly it: Res-Q provides the facade of an effective test booster without actually boosting testosterone. By using these effective, feel-good botanicals, Res-Q may get you feeling real good and healthy enough to leave a positive customer review on Amazon, but not enough to rectify low testosterone production.
Having said that, if your test levels are fine enough, Res Q may still reliably supply a super boost on your mental and physical performance levels.
Res-Q Benefits
The advertised benefits for Res-Q Natural Male Testosterone include:
- Helps Restore Testosterone to Healthy Levels
- Feel Better and Support Your Heart Health
- Increase Sexual Libido and Energy
A couple ingredients might have a positive influence on healthy testosterone levels, but not enough for us to outright declare Res-Q as a significant testosterone booster. However, the latter two benefits stand: Res-Q may help you feel better, hornier, and more stimulated.
Which, I mean… who can really complain about any of that, right?
Who Takes It?
Aging Men. Amazon lists “Anti-aging Benefits” under this supplement, indicating that Res-Q’s design targets age-related testosterone decline as opposed to the bodybuilder, muscle building variety of testosterone boosting.
Any Side Effects?
None reported. And none expected, based on these well-researched, natural ingredients. The customer reviews are generally positive for this supplement, albeit sparse.

Final Word on Res-Q
There’s really not much left to say on this supplement. It’s an all-around meh formula, supplying decent ingredients whose ratings are hamstrung by cheap-O tablets and proprietary blend shenanigans. Really, the supplement is, just like its bottle, boring. We’re bored by this one. Hopefully, the ingredients do well enough job to raise the energy levels lost by staring at this supplement.
