Due to Conor McGregor, more and more media attention has been directed to the lighter divisions of fighting.
Which is why we’re happy to return to the hard-hitting heavyweight division by hosting this BIG battle between Prime Male vs. Testosyn.
If you read our review on newcomer Testosyn, you already know that We love it. But if you’re at all familiar with this site (or T-boosters, in general), then you also know that we think Prime Male is by far the best on the market today.
Or so the story goes, until now… Does Testosyn have what it takes to shoot down the long-reigning lion king of the T-jungle?

Round 1: Formulas
Can’t we just take both?
Seems strange that one of these awesome T-boosters has to come out of here as a “loser”…
Prime Male creates Multiplying T-Boosting Synergy.
Throughout its Undefeated Best5 Career, Prime Male has established itself fast & early in every fight by sporting all of our top Best5 T-Boosters:
- D-Aspartic Acid
- Zinc
- Mucuna Pruriens
- Vitamin D
- Boron
However, what’s more impressive with this is how Prime Male follows up with T-boosting synergy that’s thus far unmatched:
- K2 potentiates D3, which magnifies Magnesium’s effects. Freakin’ brilliant 3X synergy, bro.
- Nettle & Boron neutralize SHGB in 3 different ways.
- Luteolin neutralizes estrogen in 2 different ways.
The net result is a self-perpetuating form of T-boosting that’s likely to cover nearly every angle of testosterone production.
And you can further multiply Prime Male’s effects with BioPerine, which helps increase nutrient absorption. (BioPerine is a pretty good fat-burner, too. Yeah, bro. We’re looking at you).
Testosyn targets Age-Related T-Decline.
Technically, so does Prime Male—which is one of its best selling points—but this is also the first thing we like about Testosyn’s formula. Yet, compared to Prime Male’s five Best5 T-Boosters, we’re only seeing 2 in Testosyn: DAA & Boron.
Luckily, one of these (DAA) is our favorite and in a high dosage (more on that later).
What solidifies this formula as a T-booster for mature men is its long roster of man-enhancing herbs:
- Fenugreek + Eurycoma Longifolia are decent T-boosters that are great at restoring youthful levels of libido & sexual potency.
- Tribulus, Horny Goat Weed, + Maca Root don’t necessarily boost T, but their effects on energy & libido have helped men feel like men for centuries.
Toss in BioPerine and you’re looking at a formula that’s truly designed for consumer satisfaction.
Testosyn works. Very well.
Yet, the man-enhancing effects sustained by Testosyn are also covered in the secondary effects of Prime Male’s direct, relentless T-boosts.
Due to its “multiplying T-boosting synergy,” Prime Male’s formula is a tough opponent to beat. Don’t get us wrong. Both of these awesome formulas work. But, we’re confident that Prime Male’s design works better than Testosyn’s.
Round 1… Prime Male Wins.
Round 2: Dosages
Our first impression on dosages: Prime Male has 12 ingredients, Testosyn has only 8—thus, there’s more space in Testosyn’s capsules for Critical Mass Dosages.
But before we actually compare dosages, take a look at Testosyn’s Supp Facts… and multiply everything by two:
- Prime Male’s Supp Facts account for a full daily serving, whereas Testosyn’s Supp Facts only show half of its daily serving. Suddenly things just got a little more interesting…
While Prime Male deserves plenty of props for the way it designs its T-boosts, it falls short in terms of DAA & Boron when compared to Testosyn—which offers nearly double the dosages for both.
Why is this important?
These are beyond fantastic T-boosters. In reality, most of these formulas’ T-boosts are probably from DAA alone. So, for Testosyn to offer way more DAA & Boron than Prime Male… that’s impressive.
Beyond these two ingredients, Prime Male looks solid, whereas Testosyn looks OK… yet, we have to give credit to Testosyn for doubling down on what really matters.
Round 2… Testosyn Wins.
Round 3: Ingredient Quality
This is where Testosyn starts to fray at the seams, especially when matched against the noble lion, Prime Male.
The Lion provides only the premium, potent, high-quality forms for all of its ingredients. Standardized herbs, concentrated herbal extracts, P-5-P (vitamin B6 on ‘roids)… and most importantly, DAA as the enhanced form, D-AA-CC.
Testosyn earns points for its Fenusterols® branded Fenugreek & high-potency Tribulus standardized—plus, that 100:1 Extract of Eurycoma longifolia is looking mighty fine.
But Testosyn loses some points for the remaining herbs, which are all plain forms, potentially not quite as effective. This is a shame considering that these herbs standardized could bring a lot more to the Testosyn table.
We freakin’ love that Testosyn uses DAA (have we mentioned that we think it’s the best T-Booster in the world right now?)… but their plain DAA is not as good as the D-AA-CC in Prime Male. It’s a business decision, bros. Those premium ingredients get expensive for manufacturers.
Testosyn is smoove, but Prime Male’s ingredient qualities are just too tough to beat.
Round 1… Prime Male Wins.
Round 4: Price

1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $69.00 | 1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $79.99
Price Per Capsule | $0.58 | Price Per Capsule | $0.44
Price Per Serving | $2.30 | Price Per Serving | $2.67 |
Round 1… Prime Male Wins.
Round 5: JUDGEMENT
If you have a magnifying glass on hand, we recommend pointing it at the Star ratings we gave each of these T-boosters. Not only are both a hair away from each other, but they’re only hairs away from perfect 5 out 5 Star ratings.
You can’t go wrong with either of these T-boosters.
Needless to say: These aren’t T-boosters for kids.
These supplements are fighting in the heavyweight division for a reason—namely in that they provide heavy boosts in T, especially for men over age 35 or so.
- (if you’re a younger bro who hits the Gym a lot, we would steer you towards something like TEST FREAK or TestoFuel instead… they are formulated for more youthful T-boost goals.)
Ultimately, if you have to look at the numbers: Prime Male has more T-boosters, cheaper price tags, and better ingredient quality (better ingredients, better pizza. DERP!).
Testosyn makes for an awesome newcomer and will probably rank among our Best5 of the best T-boosters in next year’s list… but, unfortunately, it’s not enough to take down THE best: Prime Male.
In the Prime Male vs. Testosyn fight, the winner by KO is…
PRIME MALE
