Put on your nicest suit & tie for this review.
Because these are some expensive ass T-boosters.
And believe it or not, there’s a $100 price difference between these T-boosting bastards. But before you dip down to the pricing round to figure out which T-booster is the cheapest, we recommend sticking around for the first few rounds of the fight.
There might be a reason for the high price tag. Label check time… Let’s get it on!

Round 1: Formulas
These Supp Facts look simple enough, but there’s actually a lot to unpack here—especially in our first subject: P6 Xtreme.
P6 Xtreme addresses both brains & balls.
It’s not enough these days to be big & sexy. You have to have smart brains, to max out your manly potential—which is why P6 Xtreme tossed in brain-healthy nootropics in its 5-in-1 hybrid formula. The 5 steps in this 1 formula are as follows:
- Testosterone Boosters. Ashwagandha, Tribulus, Ovine Placenta.
- Focus & Mood Support. A-GPC, Zembrin.
- Estrogen Regulator. Agaricus Bisporus.
- DHT/Prostate Support. Saw Palmetto, Stinging Nettle.
- Sexual Health/Energy. Tongkat Ali.
Pretty extreme, right?
In terms of design, yes, P6 Xtreme is pretty extreme: All of the ingredients either work or show promise for their intended roles in this formula.
However, when you point the magnifying glass at P6 Xtreme’s T-boosts, you’ll find a disappointing lack of… well, extremeness: Ashwagandha & Tongkat Ali are robust testosterone boosters, but cumulative total of this formula is nowhere near B5’s BEST for TEST rankings.
What’s the dilly-o, yo? Are these testosterone stacks XTREME TO THE MAX, or are they playing it safe?
Not that every formula has to be that good, but if you’d take a moment to dip down to Round 4 (the pricing section), you’ll understand our high expectations with this T-booster.
Test X180 enhances sex & T (but mainly sex).
Test X180 has one of our Top 5 T-Boosters: Vitamin D.
Bitchin’.
But what’s not bitchin’ is the fact that Vitamin D only helps those who are Vitamin D-deficient (which, admittedly, is a lot of us—especially you B5-reading Internet dwellers). So, how does Text X180’s other T-boosters stack up?
- Purdy good. Testofen, cordyceps, Vitamin B6… These are all worthy T-boosters backed by a significant bit of research. Although, take note that Testofen, the leading T-booster in this T-booster, is more of a sex-enhancer than a T-booster… Not that that’s a bad thing, but…
But when you take a look at the rest of the formula, you’ll find Tribulus, another herb to rev up libido, and Ginseng, which aids various functions relating to sex, muscle strength & athletic performance. Again, these aren’t bad things (we qualify them under the “awesome” category of male supplements)—yet, we’re looking for more T-boosters than what’s presented here. Some of these nutrients are more tailored for bodybuilding, which might match your intended usage… or not.
While we shared the same complaint with P6 Xtreme, at least P6 Xtreme’s overall design supported male sex hormones from various diverse angles. Test X180 is simply just… simple.
Not bad, but not great.
Round 1… P6 Xtreme Wins.
Round 2: Dosages
Both T-booster supplements in this review have prop blends (boooooooo).
One of them looks aight.
The other looks pretty shitty… We’ll start with the aight:
- P6 Xtreme’s blend is aight, even though the entire formula is trapped in the blend—which is not aight, because this disables us from seeing the actual ingredient dosages. Yet, overall, the 2600 mg is looking pretty solid and seems at least adequate (i.e. aight) for getting the job done.
Test X180, on the other hand, looks shitty for allocating only 400 mg for its 4 primary ingredients. Granted, you take this serving twice per day, so that helps, but even then it’s not enough. Ditto for the Vitamin D content, which is arguably the best ingredient in this formula.
Both of them aren’t offering extreme packages of milligrams, but we’ll stick with the formula that A) Has more ingredients, and B) Has higher dosages for those ingredients.
But either way, the fact remains…
Round 2… P6 Xtreme Wins.
Round 3: Ingredient Quality
Alright, here’s where it gets interesting.
Both P6 Xtreme & Test X180 are primarily natural, herbal-based T-boosters. Therefore, what we’re looking for here for each ingredient is extract potency—i.e. % standards, extract brands, etc. etc.
Both products have branded extracts:
- P6 Xtreme has Adaptest, Alpha Size, LJ100, & Zembrin.
- Test X180 has Testofen.
Yet, aside from Testofen, all of Test X180’s herbs are standardized to highly bioactive extract percentages. So, really, who gives a shit if there’s a ® or ™ after their titles: These bodacious botanicals are looking extremely ballsy.
And we like balls.
Just not blue balls.
In a sense, you can say all of Testofen’s herbs are A+ material, whereas only a large fraction of P6 Xtreme’s are looking good. And while we’ll take a “large fraction” any day of the week, we have to go with the ballsier booster in this round.
Round 3… Test X180 Wins.
Round 4: Price
P6 Xtreme | VS. | Test X180 | ||
1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $169.99 | 1 Bottle (30-day supply) | $69.99
Price Per Capsule | $1.42 | Price Per Capsule | $1.17
Price Per Serving | $5.67 | Price Per Serving | $1.17 |
Round 4… Test X180 Wins.
Round 5: JUDGEMENT
A tied fight, doods.
So, where do we go from here??
Well, let’s re-size them up:
- P6 Xtreme has more boosters & a wider variety of ingredients that are adequately dosed—yet, cost an arm & a leg & a small loan.
- Test X180 has a higher percentage of qualified ingredient qualities and costs only an arm (you can save your legs & avoid the debt).
In terms of benefits, P6 Xtreme seems the superior product: It has more ingredients that all seem to hit the mark on their intended goals and effects for muscle performance, anabolic mass gains, testosterone levels, etc. Plus, you’re getting heavier dosages on the T-boost ingredients (even though none of them are true ball-droppers, if you catch our meaning).
If price was left complete out of the equation, then we’d take P6 Xtreme over Test X180. Because when you get down to it, it’s simply a better designed formula than Test X180—although, they’re not too far apart in terms of efficacy.
For that, we have to give this match-up to the more extreme T-booster between the two (although, be sure to check out our reviews on other P6 products, too, to see how P6 Xtreme stacks up with its Cellucor brethren; and Test X180’s fat-burning foil, Test X180 Ignite, is decent too).
