Andro400 vs. TestoFuel pits one ingredient against nine, respectively, in a rather lopsided supplement match up. However, having more doesn’t automatically equate to accomplishing more, as it’s often the simpler and more straightforward supplements that tend to get the job done. Not the flashy, gimmicky junk pills.
Yet, TestoFuel has made a big name for itself in the bodybuilding game for its fine selection of powerful test boosters and positive reputation. Whereas Andro400 …well, it has an ingredient that we like, right? But is it enough to deliver on those 17 health benefit claims touted by Andro400’s manufacturers?
We’ll have to read the Andro400 vs. TestoFuel comparison review to find out.

Formula Comparison
Andro400 and TestoFuel both target increases in natural testosterone levels and anabolic muscle gains.
And they do so primarily with natural herbal extracts and compounds. Er, rather TestoFuel has natural herbal extracts and compounds. Andro400 only has one herbal extract, and it’s the supplement’s only ingredient.
So, it better be a damn good ingredient to best TestoFuel.
How are Andro400 and TestoFuel formulas similar?
Really, there’s not a whole that’s similar between these formulas, with exception to their goals of increasing testosterone and muscle gains and using gelatin for their capsules. However, due to this last point, both supplements limit their target audience to a non-vegan crowd. Except for those poser vegans who don’t really give a shit about things like “gelatin” and such.
How are Andro400 and TestoFuel formulas different?
Again, with exception to gelatin, these supplements are vastly different:
- Andro400: Tongkat Ali
- TestoFuel: D-Aspartic Acid, Zinc, Vitamin D, Fenugreek, Ginseng…
And then some.
When you ignore all the hype generated by Andro400’s manufacturers with regards to Andro400, it reads like an impressive Tongkat ali extract supplement. However, we wouldn’t rank it in the same elite testosterone boosting category as TestoFuel. (Namely because it doesn’t have any great testosterone boosters.)
Andro400 vs. TestoFuel: Unique Benefits
Andro400 supplies a potent 100:1 Tongkat ali extract.
Not a 2:1. Or a 20:1. But a 100:1 extract, which is pretty potent for Tongkat ali. As a testosterone booster, Tongkat ali takes an adaptogenic approach to test gains, as demonstrated by one study which found Tongkat ali to improve the testosterone to cortisol ratio:
- +37% testosterone
- -16% cortisol
- -36% cortisol:testosterone ratio.
Meaning that Tongkat ali may help resist the negative effects of stress on testosterone status and muscle gains for a more anabolic metabolism. However, most Tongkat ali research seems to focus on elderly health. Hard to say how much of these benefits apply to the younger bodybuilding type.
TestoFuel delivers hard-hitting test boosts for bodybuilders.
Andro400 has Tongkat ali, a healthy, male enhancing herb. Yet, TestoFuel has 2,300 mg D-Aspartic Acid, the number one booster on our BIG List of T-Boosters and perhaps the best natural test booster on the 2018 market. A great test boosting option for the bodybuilder and mature man on the slippy side of age-related testosterone decline.
However, TestoFuel isn’t a single ingredient supplement like Andro400, instead supplying a decent nine ingredients total. Something that athletes may also enjoy TestoFuel for: ZMA — Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6. As such, TestoFuel ranks as an athlete-oriented test booster.
- While Tongkat ali is a valuable ingredient for male health and libido, TestoFuel supplies not only more but better ingredients than Andro400 for boosting testosterone.
Dosage Comparison
Andro400 supplies 400 mg Tongkat ali, right? That’s why it’s called Andro400?
Nah, son. Andro400 has 300 mg Tongkat ali daily. About an average Tongkat ali amount, as compared to other Tongkat ali supplements. Yet, for serious test boosting and/or cortisol control, you’ll perhaps want more than this. Even at this 100:1 extract.
Not a bad amount of Tongkat ali. Yet, TestoFuel supplies 2,000 mg more for its featured ingredient — 2,300 mg DAA — in addition to other testosterone boosting ingredients. And TestoFuel accomplishes this feat by supplying 4 pills per serving, as compared to Andro400’s 2 daily capsules.
Even so, you’d think that Andro400 could still manage more than that with 2 capsules, right? (Could it be Natural Health Concepts has packed too much rice filler into their caps?)
- TestoFuel has more ingredients at higher dosages than Andro400’s one ingredient. You had one job, Andro400!
Ingredient Quality Comparison
Sort of a strange comparison here. For instance, we can say that Andro400 delivers a 100% highly potent testosterone boosting formula. Yet, that 100% applies to only one ingredient, whereas TestoFuel has a much larger 9-ingredient stack.
However, don’t get it twisted: Andro400 has potent Tongkat ali.
The 100:1 extract is much better than no extract at all — i.e., plain powder.
TestoFuel, on the other hand, does enough to get the job done: bio-active vitamins and minerals, standard quality DAA, plain powder ginseng and fenugreek. On the whole, TestoFuel delivers pretty standard ingredient quality across the board. They could definitely improve their formula by upgrading the DAA to D-AA-CC, swapping Fenugreek for Fenugreek extract, etc.
Either way, both supplements don’t have any quality issues.
- Andro400 supplies potent Tongkat ali, TestoFuel has an overall standard quality formula. And that’s it… Okay, onto the next round!
Nutrient Delivery and Clean Label Comparison
What we’re looking for when we’re measuring “Nutrient Delivery” for a testosterone boosting supplement are ingredients or additives that enhance nutrient absorption. The most popular nutrient absorption enhancer: Black Pepper Extract.
Yet, neither Andro400 nor TestoFuel add anything that spice up their formulas. And so we’ll move onto the “Clean Label” comparison, which …well, again, doesn’t give us anything to write home about. Having said that, Andro400 seems to possess a slimmer and cleaner label than TestoFuel’s:
- Andro400: Rice flour, gelatin capsule.
- TestoFuel: Gelatin, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, FD&C Red 40.
Neither product hits that all natural, all organic mark. Yet, Andro400 does come across as notably cleaner due to its lack of FD&C colorants and magnesium stearate (which might actually decrease nutrient absorption). Although, we could still do without the rice flour.
Rice doesn’t boost testosterone!
- Neither Andro400 nor TestoFuel impress us in this round, yet Andro400 does come across as slightly cleaner than TestoFuel’s shiny, red caps.
Price Comparison
Andro400 | vs. | TestoFuel
1 Bottle (30 servings) | $34.95 | 1 Bottle (30 servings) | $65.00
Price Per Serving | $1.17 | Price Per Serving | $2.17 |
This table represents the one bottle listed prices for Andro400 and TestoFuel. Depending on where you buy, you can buy anywhere from the one bottle to 12 bottles pack for Andro400 — $259.00 for 12 months Andro400 — or $195 for four boxes of TestoFuel, including a T-shirt, free delivery, and two e-book workout guides.
But to keep it simple, we’ll compare only the one bottle pricing options for each supplement. Obviously, Andro400’s $34.95 is much cheaper than TestoFuel’s $65.00. However, you’ll have to ask yourself: Is $34.95 worth it for one ingredient that you can likely find for much cheaper?
Regardless, Andro400 is certain cheaper than TestoFuel, even on a price per serving basis.
- While TestoFuel packs more value, Andro400 is clearly the cheaper option here. However, you may find a better deal either way, if you purchase more bottles per order.
Andro400 vs. TestoFuel: Which is Better?
If you want to boost testosterone (of course you do), go with TestoFuel. Andro400 might assist with some slight test gains, potentially reducing that cortisol count as well, too, if your stress levels have been affecting your physical activity. But, on the whole, Andro400 simply doesn’t have enough manpower nor milligrams to stoke enough confidence in our tiny caveman brains.
Does Andro400 provide high quality Tongkat ali? Absolutely. But does it work? Meh… not according to many negative customer reviews.
However, TestoFuel simply works for enhancing male health and performance. It’s a popular bodybuilding supplement and, perhaps, one of the best natural test boosters on the market. Especially for the younger bodybuilding doods.
