For centuries, the color blue has served a wide range of symbols:
The depths of the sea, the strength of mountains, the serenity, calm, & spirituality of the sky…
That is until the 90s came along and funked it all up with blue boner pills and Eiffel 65’s ragingly annoying hit single “Blue” (da ba dee da ba die).
Needless to say, it’s a tall order for A-HD Elite to satisfy with its intensely blue packaging & pills—and with claims such as “extremely powerful testosterone supporting agent designed to promote healthy testosterone levels and muscularity”, expectations are at an all-time high.
Let’s see if the reality of A-HD Elite meets those expectations.

About A-HD Elite
Marking one of the cooler looking T-boosters (albeit artificially colored) we’ve reviewed, A-HD Elite is a revision formula of BPI Sports A-HD anabolic test booster. Its blue pill design looks “sex pill,” but A-HD Elite insists on being an athletic-driven product… Proving the concepts aren’t mutually exclusive. Formula notes:
- Unique Formula: Many of these herbal aphrodisiacs we’re seeing for the first time in a T-booster… Which is pretty damn exciting.
- Sports + Sex Performance: A-HD Elite reads like a potent herb-driven performance-enhancer, for both gym & bed-time play.
- Laboratory Certified? Kind of an ambiguous statement here…

A-HD Elite is the most unique T-booster we’ve seen… begging the question: Does it actually boost T?
The only proven T-booster on this table, Zinc Aspartate, is a solid addition for T-boosting, ranking at #2 on our BIG LIST of T-Boosters (Zinc Citrate would be the better form, though).
But judging by the other 5 ingredients, Zinc’s T-boosts are overtaken by a wash of botanical sex-enhancing goodness.
Perhaps there are more T-boosts waiting for us? Let’s dive in and find out:
Montanoa Tomentosa
Named after the manliest place in the world, Montana, U.S.A.*, Montanoa Tomentosa has served as a natural male aphrodisiac for centuries (*not really—montanoatomentosa is native to the mountains of Mexico & Central America, but “montaña” means “mountain” in Spanish, so, ya know… whatever, man).
Due to animal research, Montanoa’s presence in this formula is obviously there for one thing: Erections.
Unfortunately, without human research available, there’s no telling whether these boosts in erections are a result of boosts in testosterone… but we’ll count this as a win for men all the same.
Chenopodium Album
This Indian weed (not that kind of weed!) is often cultivated & eaten for its extremely high content of protein, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, and Vitamin A.
Strangely, while Chenopodium is receiving a decent amount of scholarly attention for its roles as a rat aphrodisiac and natural pesticide, nothing yet has concretely linked this plant with testosterone or estrogen.
Caesalpinia Benthamiana
Anecdotally, Caesalpinia Benthamiana is a natural African aphrodisiac that frickin’ rocks. Traditionally used to treat erectile dysfunction, Caesalpinia research suggests that it operates by increasing nitric oxide production, which benefits both sexual & athletic performance. But in terms of testosterone, we’re looking at an unfortunate lack of conclusive research.
Curcuma Longa
Does it get much better than Turmeric for all-around bodily health?
Maybe, but it doesn’t change the fact that its primary ingredient Curcumin is awesome for nearly every aspect of health due to its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial, anti-viral, anti-et-cetera-et-cetera effects.
Yet, we qualify Turmeric more as a brain health “nootropic” than a T-booster, because, well… nothing suggests that Turmeric does much of anything for T.
Trichopus Zeylanicus
Referred to as the “ginseng” of the Kani Tribe of India, Arogyappacha (Trichopus Zeylanicus) is a time-tested antioxidant, DNA-protecting, adaptogenic aphrodisiac—that also suffers here from limited research.
All the same, this powerful aphrodisiac rounds out this list of ingredients well with its long range of male health benefits.
Formula Analysis
Whether it’s intentional or not, A-HD Elite’s blue capsules read like a direct call-out to those OTHER little blue tabs. Namely, because A-HD Elite’s blue capsules have the same goal:
Boosting boners.
For an “Androgenic Testosterone Support” supplement, A-HD Elite provides one of the most unique formulas that we’ve ever seen. Aside from Curcuma Longa, which makes an appearance in several male-driven products, and Zinc, which is essential to any male-driven product, the ingredients used here are all exotic and exciting.
BPI Sports deserves props for this—A-HD Elite is no run-of-the-mill T-booster.
However, the downside to this: We’re not even sure it is a T-booster.
Generally, it makes sense to associate enhanced erectile function with better T. But it would be inappropriate and potentially inaccurate to claim that these ingredients actually boost T like A-HD Elite’s marketing seems to indicate:
“An extremely powerful testosterone supporting agent designed to promote a healthy balance between testosterone and estrogen levels.”
A-HD Elite is not in the same class as the best T-boosters on the market. T doesn’t even seem to be the main focus!
Still, this formula has a lot of X-Factor potential with these legendary aphrodisiac botanicals, which are hard to find and rare to see complexed into a single capsule.
Some advanced T-booster stacks only use ingredients shown to boost T in animal and clinical research. But here, with A-HD Elite, research on ingredients is light… and not always for T.
So what we’re left with is potential: What happens when you combine the exotics together? Only one way to find out, Bro. It’s a roll of the dice, but may pay off with some supercharged sex performance.
A-HD Elite Benefits
The four benefits claimed by A-HD Elite are:
- Strength Building. Enhanced T levels assist in strength & muscle mass.
- Weight Loss. Minimized estrogen levels lead to a harder, manlier
- Endurance. Increased stamina & overall athletic performance.
- Muscle Building. Optimized anabolic state for enhanced growth & maintenance.
Here’s the thing: A-HD Elite hasn’t totally earned its claims on T & Estrogen levels. Aside from Zinc, which will definitely aid in T for Zinc-deficient homies (which is basically all of us), none of the ingredients have any clinical research for T… so we suggest a mild T-boost at best.
However, we think that A-HD Elite will enhance sexual & physical performance, along with supplying antioxidant and anti-inflammatory benefits for general health.
Any weight loss or muscle-building would come secondary to these benefits.
Who Takes It?
Sexually Active Athletes. A-HD Elite heavily markets itself to the athletic bodybuilding crowds with its emphasis on “muscularity” and “dry, hard physiques.” The intensely blue capsules feel like a play off of, leading us to believe that underlying its gym-class machismo, A-HD Elite is a natural sex booster. Plus, this would explain the huge number of positive reviews, because, well… let’s face it, boners feel good and feeling good equals positive reviews.
Any Side Effects?
None reported. BPI Sports claims to use “certain parts of the plants” best associated with A-HD Elite’s health effects. We’ll take their word on this, but, regardless, the fact that A-HD Elite uses all-natural extracts (at a questionably low dosage—500 mg), makes things seem safer. But there’s always some question marks when if comes to combining weird exotic herbs that are light on research.

Final Word on A-HD Elite
Compare A-HD Elite with a T-booster that works, and you’ll quickly see where falls behind. Yet, you’ll also see how truly unique A-HD Elite is, which is a definite benefit in a market that’s over-saturated with the same rinky-dink BS ingredients & formulas. A-HD Elite seems to work as a sex-enhancing supplement. Whether or not this can be attributed to T remains to be seen.
