These help increase muscle protein synthesis, boost fat loss, repair muscle tissue, and increase exercise endurance – just about the entire plethora of fitness benefits. Remember, BCAAs are essential amino acids. Your body doesn’t synthesize these. You should obtain them from whole foods and supplements. Vega Sport Protein Bar is up to the task.
