You’ve lost the weight. You’ve built the muscle.
And you’re looking damn good.

SuperHD Water promises to take care of all that unnecessary H2O with herbal diuretics, popping those veins with circulatory enhancers as well. After that, all that’s left to lose are your organs, bones, etc… then you’ll be looking good!

About SuperHD Water
Manufactured by Cellucor, SuperHD Water is a Pro-Competition formula for that quick, pre-competition, water-loss chisel. As such, SuperHD Water is not a true fat burner but rather a diuretic, used only for short-term water loss. Not safe, long-term weight regulation. Formula notes:
- SuperHD Water Blend: Another Cellucor stack hidden away in another non-transparent, proprietary blend. However, the overall dosage ain’t bad on this one.
- Green Tea Extract: While the formula focuses primarily on water loss, SuperHD Water sneaks in a quality extract of green tea, a fiery hot fat burner ingredient.
- SuperHD Stack: For the full SuperHD experience, stack SuperHD Water with SuperHD Razor (fat-to-muscle gains) and SuperHD Fire (stimulant powered burns).

SuperHD Water isn’t a traditional fat burner. It’s a water extractor. Not everyone’s into this. But for those who are, their only question with this supplement: Does it work?
Let’s check the ingredients to find out.
SuperHD Water Review: Ingredients
Sticking to their guns, Cellucor hid SuperHD Water’s ingredients under a non-transparent proprietary blend, obscuring the individual ingredient dosages in this formula. Because of this, we can’t know for sure whether each ingredient is adequately dosed or not. But we’ll take the blend apart ingredient-by-ingredient to see if they at least chose the right parts for healthy water loss.
SuperHD Water™ Blend
Horsetail Extract – Sort of a strange herbal ingredient, given that some reports suggest horsetail works better for “fluid retention” rather than fluid release. Several supplements use it as a diuretic. However, it’s unclear if horsetail actually helps with water loss.
Green Tea Extract – Our favorite fat burning ingredient, green tea extract supplies powerful fat burning antioxidants for thermogenic weight loss and catechins for lean muscle gains.
Juniper Berry Extract – A traditional, popular, herbal diuretic, Juniper Berry may help increase urine output.
Crataegus pinnatifida Extract – Sometimes supplements for its circulatory benefits. Other times supplemented for its potential ability to block fat absorption. SuperHD Water includes this herb “to improve blood flow and cardiac functioning.”
Hibiscus Extract – This herbal extract may further support SuperHD Water’s diuretic effect, potentially improving blood flow as well for that shredded, vascular physique.
Formula Analysis
Unlike the other SuperHD fat burners (SuperHD Razor and SuperHD Fire), SuperHD Water is …well, not a fat burner. It’s essentially a diuretic with additional cardio support. And as such, it’s not for everyone.
In fact, we’d say SuperHD Water is not for most of everyone.
For many, calling this product a health supplement may be crossing a line, considering that forced release of water retention generally isn’t a good idea. Taken to its extreme, SuperHD Water may promote dehydration, leading to severe health issues. Needless to say: SuperHD Water requires CAUTION.
However, for the few consciously looking to temporarily shed their water weight, SuperHD Water is a decent solution. In terms of ingredients, SuperHD Water provides a sensible stack for water loss, even adding some vitamin C and potassium to replenish vitamin loss.
Is SuperHD Water a perfect water loss supplement? No. SuperHD Water makes a few missteps typical of a Cellucor product — namely the proprietary blend and junky capsule quality. Even so, it’s a solid option for pre-competition bodybuilders hoping to further sculpt their already tight physique.
SuperHD Water Benefits
“7 DAYS IS ALL YOU NEED” — Cellucor promises to take you from lean to chiseled with SuperHD Water. But only for a week at a time, as the directions indicate: “Take one serving (3 capsules) on an empty stomach, with 8 fl. oz. of water, at least 20 minutes prior to a meal. Do not consume SuperHD Water™ for more than seven (7) consecutive days. Discontinue use for a minimum of seven (7) consecutive days before resuming consumption of SuperHD Water™.”
As such, SuperHD Water helps with that quick loss of water required by competing bodybuilders. It’s not a traditional fat burner supplement for safe, long-term weight loss.
Who Takes It?
Pre-Competition Bodybuilders. Competitive bodybuilders looking to further slim that final layer of water retention immediately prior to competition are SuperHD Water’s target audience. Traditional fat burner seeks need not apply.
Any Side Effects?
With exception to dehydration being the obvious one, most of the customer reviews are generally positive on SuperHD Water. Our recommendation: be sure to maintain your water intake — DO NOT simultaneously supplement SuperHD Water while skimping out on the H2O.

Final Word on SuperHD Water
If you’re looking to burn fat, either check out one of the other SuperHD products or (better yet) one of the top fat burner supplements of the year. But if water loss is your goal, then, hell yee, SuperHD Water is exactly what you need. Good for at least two shows, or two weeks of diuretic water loss — divided by at least a week off in between. Not a bad deal.
