You don’t need to be told to go to bed anymore, do you?
You’re a grown ass adult now, right?
Wrong. You’re a grown ass child, and, if anything, getting to bed on time has become an even greater hassle than it was during childhood, given our brain’s adult-sized abilities to conjure up daily worries, anxieties, concerns late at night. Plus, there’s the whole blue-light thing with our phones and all that scary Dateline crap we here about all the time.
Fortunately, ISO Night Toner PM Sculptor may help us get those Zzz’s we desperately need to stay fit and shapely. The operative word being: “may.”
Let’s read the ISO Night Toner review to find out what this nighttime supplement may or may not do.

About ISO Night Toner PM Sculptor
Formulated by Isolator Fitness (or ISO), ISO Night Toner PM Sculptor is a body toning supplement that targets fat burns during the PM, i.e., nighttime …exactly as the name describes. This is smart: Muscle gains and fat loss primarily occur overnight. Not a bad plan of attack. But does it work? Formula notes:
- Melatonin and Friends: The usual supplement suspects for better sleep quality are here: melatonin, L-tryptophan, L-theanine, and ashwagandha.
- Non-Proprietary: Isolator Fitness does us a major solid by displaying all of its ingredient dosages in their full capacity, doing away with all that proprietary nonsense.
- Weak Dosages: Unfortunately, most of the ingredient dosages aren’t at full capacity, lessening the overall impact this supplement may have on weight loss, muscle gains, etc.

Work hard during the day; rebuild overnight — ISO Night Toner focuses primarily on the latter for better fat burns and muscle gains from dusk til dawn.
Or at least ISO Night Toner has set its sights on overnight fat burns and muscle growth, but does this supplement hit its target? Let’s start the ISO Night Toner review on the vitamins and minerals:
- Vitamin B6 – Decent all-around B vitamin for general health, cognition, and circulation. May improve mood and testosterone status, yet a larger dosage in P-5-P form would’ve been better than Night Toner’s low-dose Pyridoxine HCl.
- Magnesium – Decent all-around mineral for general health, cognition, and sleep. Seems like everyone’s deficient in Magnesium, so not a bad choice.
- Chromium – Serves as a co-factor for certain fat-burning-related enzymes, potentially supporting energy production, blood sugar balance, and insulin activity. We list Chromium on our BIG List of Fat Burners as an ingredient that might work for lean body mass and composition.
Our first impression: Not bad fat burner nutrition choices, although the ingredients’ quality and dosages may be improved. But you’re not here for only first impressions. Time to dive deeper into this fat burner review.
ISO Night Toner Review: Ingredients
Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) – An amino acid classified as a neurotransmitter, this brain chemical may relax cognition and promote sleep, fighting cognitive issues related to anxiety. As a fat burner, GABA is believed to promote growth hormone for a boost on muscle growth, despite low oral bioavailability.
L-Glutamine – Glutamine supplementation seems to only benefit users deficient in glutamine, or who are exposed to intense exercise training. May also limit sugar cravings for better appetite control.
Dandelion Root Powder – Fairly popular fat burner ingredient, despite not directly burning fat. Dandelion root does increase urine output, leading to a a loss in liquid, which technically qualifies as weight loss. At the least, it may temporarily give the body an appearance of lean, shredded muscle.
L-Theanine Powder – Awesome nootropic, topping our BIG List of Nootropics at the number two spot for its reliable improvements on focus, mood, and relaxation. The daytime ISO Euphoric Burn supplies L-theanine to offset the daytime burner’s caffeine content. Additionally, L-theanine supports sleep quality.
Ashwagandha Root Powder – Another awesome nootropic, except this herb also doubles as a testosterone booster, strength enhancer, and potent anxiolytic. In fact, some users take ashwagandha for its pronounced sedative effects, which may help you get those Zzz’s — although, this low-dose, plain powder supply seems too weak to do much.
L-Tryptophan – Used for insomnia and other sleep disorders, L-tryptophan naturally converts in the body to serotonin, the neurotransmitter for well-being and better sleep (when converted to melatonin).
White Kidney Bean Extract – Similar to chlorogenic acids, white kidney bean extract inhibits carbohydrate absorption, albeit to a relatively weak effect.
Cinnamon Bark Extract – Believed to imitate the bio-activity of insulin, increasing glucose metabolism and reducing fat storage.
Melatonin – The go-to supplement for sleep. A reliable sleep enhancer that may result in a morning headache and/or brain fog if consumed too often.
And finally we have Bioperine® Black Pepper Extract, always a smart supplement, particularly for fat burner supplements, due to its: A) nutrient absorption enhancement benefits, and B) fat burning thermogenic qualities.
Formula Analysis
“Sleep is imperative to your health” — Isolator Fitness.
You’re damn right sleep is imperative. And even more haunting: Sleep is inevitable. The longer you put it off, the harder it hits when it finally finds you. This is a lesson as old as Gilgamesh: You’re mortal, therefore you sleep.
Yet, it’s startling how many people operate on sub-optimal energy levels due to a consistent, persistent lack of nightly sleep. The idea that we’d need a nighttime sleep supplement like ISO Night Toner seems absurd, yet it’s a legitimate product. And thanks to its inclusion of Melatonin, L-Tryptophan, L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha, ISO Night Toner works.
At least, it works regarding sleep.
Regarding the “toning” fat burns, ISO Night Toner needs to improve its design. For one: The dosages suck — e.g., only 50 mg for Ashwagandha root powder?? And not only is this ingredient under-dosed but its presented as plain, impotent powder, as opposed to the hot, standardized extract. For two: The fat burns are weak — ISO Night Toner misses out on all of the best fat burning ingredients.
And, to top it all off, the caps come covered in crappy FD&C colorants. Totally not cool, guys.
ISO Night Toner Benefits
ISO Night Toner sells itself as a “3 Blend Formula,” presumably attributing its “blends” to the following listed bio-benefits:
- R.E.M. / HGH ENHANCER
- NON-STIMULATORY FAT REDUCTION
- CORTISOL CONTROL COMPLEX
Non-stimulation is an essential design feature for a nighttime sleep aid. So, good job there, Night Toner. And to be frank, getting adequate sleep may do wonders for your muscle growth and fat burns, and if Night Toner helps you sleep, then damn right you’ll be seeing positive muscle tone results.
We’re just unsure if the benefits extend beyond good, quality sleep, which may be supplied by a cheaper products that come in cleaner capsules.
Who Takes It?
Lean Muscle Bodybuilders. Men and women seeking to remove the extra adipose layers covering their shredded, ripped muscles. ISO Night Toner, alongside the daytime formula Euphoric Burn, gears towards the active, exercising, bodybuilding, sports community.
Any Side Effects?
None reported. None expected. The Amazon customer reviews are generally positive, albeit sparse. Some users may experience a morning grog due to the melatonin, however this melatonin isn’t so extreme-O to warrant any extra caution.

Final Word on ISO Night Toner PM Sculptor
ISO Night Toner works on the “Night” sleepy-sleep-sleep angle but largely fails on the “Toner” fatty-burn-burn front. Not to say that leaner muscle growth and fat burns won’t be accomplished by supplementing ISO Night Toner, at least on a secondary level, but the supplement doesn’t seem to directly target fat loss as one would expect from a fat burner supplement. Our recommendation before buying ISO Night Toner: Sleep on it.
