Here’s a statement from DreamBrands that perfectly sums up their product:
“We are dreamers who defy maturity.”
Yes, maturity. That awful, ball-dropping concept that distinguishes the children from the adults, the grapes from the Merlots. The boys from the men.
Without maturity we wouldn’t have wine, cheese, or girlfriends. We’d be stuck in time, driving our parents’ cars, egging houses, smashing mailboxes, etc.
We won’t disagree with DreamBrands’ statement on defying maturity: Their Mdrive Prime T-Booster is a little immature. Check it:

About Mdrive Prime
Mdrive Prime is another Mdrive T-booster from supplement manufacturers DreamBrands. Formulated as a “streamlined” mix of Mdrive Classic & Mdrive Elite, Prime approaches male vitality with “added DHEA for overall testosterone support.” Except DHEA doesn’t really boost testosterone, so… yeah… um… Weird weather we’re having, huh? Formula notes:
- Branded Ingredients: Mdrive Prime has some bragging rights on a few premium-quality, branded additions.
- Methylcobalamin B12: Superior form of this B-vitamin essential, but we’re not sure what it has to do with testosterone.
- Dat DHEA, tho: Mdrive Prime contains a banned substance, so be sure to avoid it if you’re an athlete.

Editor’s Note: Mdrive Prime has problems with their supplement “facts.”
Mdrive Prime is featured on DreamBrands’ website and separate website for the Mdrive line. The problem is, these sites — along with a few big vitamin retailers we checked — show 2 different sets of supplement facts for the same Mdrive Prime product.
We called DreamBrands’ customer service to find out what the deal is. They explained that Mdrive Prime had switched from a tablet form to a capsule form. OK, that kinda makes sense.
But during this switch, Mdrive Prime also switched from showing all ingredient dosages to using a prop blend that hides dosages.
When we asked the rep why they switched to a hidden-dosage prop blend, his reply was: “Not exactly sure why.” Hmmmmmmm.
These derps might raise Mdrive Prime concerns:
- OLD Mdrive Prime product (as tablets) may still be on the market.
- Going from showing dosages to hiding them is a dick move… the best of the best T-boosters have completely transparent labels, so you know exactly what you’re putting into your body.
- Supplement “facts” discrepancies suggests DreamBrands may not have their shit together.
Let’s get back to the MDrive Prime formula.
Is it loaded with AWESOME TESTOSTERONE SUPPORT??
We see a few quality “branded” ingredients, but in terms of actual T-boosting activity…
- Vitamin D3. Potent form of a solid T-booster, at a lower dosage.
- Vitamin B6. Good for T, but P-5-P form of B6 is is better
- Vitamin B12. Superior methylcobalamin form of B12… but not for T.
- Chromium. Branded Chromax®, which is cool. Helps lean body mass.
Mdrive’s ingredients are good, but where’s the Zinc, Boron and Magnesium, which rank among our best evidence-backed T-Boosters?
Complete Blend, 1030 mg
The first ingredient (and thus the primary ingredient), KSM-66®, is heavily-concentrated, branded form of Ashwagandha. In this blend, Ashwagandha comes closest to T-boosting—one study showing 17% increased T in men with low sperm counts—but its primary effect is helping the body adapt to stress. It’s a freakin’ great ingredient for manly health, so we say kudos.
Cordyceps, Diindolylmethane (DIM), & DHEA: Word on the street, these ingredients help boost T. Yet, of the 3, only Cordyceps might boost T—in addition to destroying entire insect populations (Damn, nature, you scary).
DIM & DHEA qualify under our “T-Boosters to Avoid” simply because the evidence just doesn’t support their use in male T-boosting supplements. If you’re elderly or female, they might boost T… Otherwise, you’re shit out of luck, nah mean?
Let’s end on a BIG positive for Mdrive Prime’s ingredients:
Its BioPerine® should be in every supplement. This branded Black Pepper extract enhances the formula’s bioavailability. So anything that looks low-dose, this magical pepper extract helps drive more of its active ingredients into your bloodstream… increasing its effective potency.
Formula Analysis
As a T-booster, Mdrive Prime is a little confused. The website details only 3 “Active Ingredients” (KSM-66, Chromax, and BioPerine), but the only one shown to boost T is the KSM-66.
Chromax does address the supplement’s secondary benefits of energy, stamina, reduced stress, & lean muscle mass.
Meanwhile, the other bona fide T-boosters in the formula (Vitamin D & B6) seem dosed a little on the low end. Cordyceps might boost T, but it’s hard to tell without its dosage shown.
Still, based on the manly power of KSM-66 Ashwagandha alone, Mdrive Prime has a formula that works… but more for overall masculine health; we wouldn’t expect a big T-boost as it doesn’t seem to be the real focus of the formula.
Mdrive Prime Benefits
Mdrive Prime promises to Refind Your Prime & Get Back Your Vitality, indicating this is a formula intended to not only boost your testosterone, but to increase your energy, stamina, and sex drive, as well: Essentially, the benefits of boosting testosterone. The best ingredient in the formula, KSM-66, may help increase T, energy, stamina, and sex drive, and Chromax can help promote lean muscle mass (when mixed with exercise), but hidden dosages make these benefits impossible to validate.
Who Takes It?
DreamBrands claims Mdrive Prime is “designed for the guy who wants to feel better, enjoying life—the guy who wants to become more physically active.” So, Mdrive Prime could be used by every guy. But, since DHEA declines with age, and Mdrive Prime uses this banned-substance, non-T-Boosting ingredient, we think it is more intended for mature gentlemen… but other formulas address mature testosterone needs more effectively.
Any Side Effects?
None reported. For the most part, Mdrive Prime looks safe for mature men. Yet, the DHEA content could be a drawback here. The manufacturers should rethink their policy of withholding the exact DHEA dosage: Too much can be risky (and may actually boost estrogen, rather than testosterone).
Mdrive Prime Summary
Pros

- DHEA. Could be utilized more responsibly or (better yet) not at all.

Final Word on Mdrive Prime
Mdrive Prime looks solid: Its presentation is professional, and many of the ingredients are branded. But, its red flags — especially switching from showing all dosages to hiding them in a prop blend — make Mdrive Prime hard to fully trust. It still looks like a good source of KSM-66, which is genuinely awesome for your manly mojo, so there’s value in the supplement overall.
