The star of the show here is 25 grams of highly-branched cyclic dextrin (HBCD) per serving.

If you need to replace depleted glycogen stores after a hard workout, don’t only do it – do it as soon as possible. HBCD is the fast-acting carb which helps restore your glycogen stores without the unwanted excess sugar.
As for HICA, the key-word here is anti-catabolic: its ability to prevent breakdown of muscle proteins is invaluable. The manufacturer is right when it said this shortens your recovery time, which, in turn, helps you perform better at the gym.
Now, top these two ingredients off with the other post-workout ingredient staples, and you get a powerhouse, folks.
