How much does it take to transform into a stronger, leaner version of yourself?
Not much according to Evlution Nutrition (EVL), and they mean it with TRANS4ORM: A fat burner + brain booster in one cheap, 60-day-supply bottle.
TRANS4ORM seems intent on transforming you into a sexier-looking, sharper-thinking man-beast.
But is the formula designed well enough to work? Let’s find out.

About TRANS4ORM
TRANS4ORM is probably named after its 4 claims, which are to burn fat, boost metabolism, increase mind-body energy, and reduce cravings. It could do all that but to us it’s half fat burner, half nootropic with an interesting combination of ingredients. Formula notes:
- Affordable: 60-day bottle and other stores offer discounts which makes it even cheaper.
- Feel the burn: Green tea, caffeine, and synephrine is the monster trio of fat burning stacks.
- TeaCrine®: Interesting to see a branded ingredient that we’ve never seen before. Is it a combination of tea and something else? Read on to find out.

TRANS4ORM revs up your metabolism and gets you focused… but it might run out of juice halfway.
The intent is simple and smart: more focus = more exercise = more fat burn.
As intelligent was the design, the final product was so-so and leaves you with a “Huh? That’s it?” look on your face. The formula starts alright then falls apart somewhere in the middle due to erratic dosages and ingredient choices. At least they’re no prop blend schmuck.
Let’s break down the ingredients in this formula:
Vitamins
Nothing spectacular here; just your basic B Vitamin Complex meant for overall cell production and metabolic functions. We like their B12 form and say boo to their B6 form, and that’s about it.
Green Tea Leaf Extract, 500 mg
A hefty dose of our #1 Best5 Fat Burner will make sure your fat melts like cutting butter with a hot knife. Standardizing it to 50% EGCG makes GTE even more potent, so good use of a quality fat-burner here.
L-Tyrosine, 500 mg
First impression was “That’s too much, bro,” and it really is. Some of the capsule weight could’ve been freed up for other ingredients. Trans4orm’s L-Tyrosine is alsoplain; NALT (N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine) is the best form for brain support, and one of our top nootropics that work.
Caffeine Anhydrous, 175 mg
Ranking #2 on our best fat burners list, it’s a good dose that’s enough to provide both energy AND burn fat. We like the 175 mg dose here; some fat burners push into risky territory with stacks supplying 250 mgs of caffeine or more.
Choline Bitartrate, 200 mg
Cheaper, weaker form of choline, which is still a solid brain-booster. Citicoline is the best form of it though, and is found in more premium supplements. So, Trans4orm has the right idea with choline, but misses an opportunity to use it in an enhanced, advanced form.
TeaCrine®, 25 mg
A branded form of Theacrine, a substance that works like caffeine but without the jitters and crash. Aside from the energy boost, it also functions as a “feel good” ingredient and makes tough workouts easier to bare. Studies are sparse and the dosage recommended by the company behind TeaCrine specifies a minimum of 100 mg. Oops, caught ya EVL.
Alpha- GPC, 25 mg
Not as good as Citicoline but still serves as a decent brain booster. Too bad the dosage is wayyyyyy too small to even nudge the brain a bit. And its use seems redundant with the Choline already in the formula…
Also, note Trans4orm’s Alpha GPC is listed as “standardized to 50%.” This suggests the tiny 25 mg dosage is even smaller, with only 12 mg of active Alpha-GPC per serving. It adds up to a puzzling ingredient choice in an ineffective dose.
Synephrine, 20 mg
Ephedra’s less hostile relative, it’s a potent fat burner and should work in tandem with caffeine. It’s got a potent reputation in fat burning stacks, but be careful with this combo… it may send your blood pressure and heart rate through the roof. Due to potential risks, at least one product that uses this stack was banned in Australia.
Black Pepper Extract, 1.25 mg
Oh come on, EVL! Seriously? 1.25 mg of a great bioavailability booster? It’s really potent at 98% standardization, but even that won’t make up for this little pittance of a dose.
Rauwolscine, 750 mcg
Nervous system stimulant and an exotic fat burner. Being standardized is a mark of quality and potency but EVL throws it all away by adding a teeny, tiny dose of 750 micro-freaking-grams.
Huperzia Serrata, 100 mcg
Huperzine-A is a solid brain booster… for old people. It has no place in a formula designed for robust, youthful Bros.
Formula Analysis
TRANS4ORM starts strong with one of the most potent fat burners in existence but falls short on some dosages.
Let’s divide the ingredients into two teams: Fat Burners and Brain Boosters.
Fat Burners
Green tea + Caffeine + Synephrine = one badass, stimulating fat burning stack. The Synephrine is conservatively dosed at 20 mg, but we think that’s a good choice for overall tolerability and safety (i.e., so you don’t tweak the EFF out).
Speaking of weaker doses, EVL has got to be trolling us with their dosage for Rauwolscine… 750 micrograms. That’s not even 1 MILLIgram. For reference, consider supplements of just rauwolscine supply 30 milligrams, over 30X what you find here.
Black pepper would normally try to save the day but the dosage is just too dud for it to work. The normal working range is 10-20 mg and TRANS4ORM’s is 1.25 mg. You can’t expect an ant to pull the weight of the entire colony, EVL.
And yet, Black Pepper is a smart formula choice because it burns fat AND boosts nutrient absorption, and EVL uses a potent 98% piperine form… making it even more frustrating that their dose is so tiny.
(just for reference, a top-ranked Fat Burner supplies 10 mg of black pepper extract at a slightly lower 95% standardization)
Brain Boosters
Tyrosine is good for the brain but at 500 mg, while not overkill, is excessive. The form isn’t helping either as NALT is much more superior when it comes to the blood-brain-barrier penetrating power than L-Tyrosine, which is why NALT is the form found in MENTAL DOMINATION brain-booster supplements.
Choline, Alpha GPC and TeaCrine® are good brain boosters in their own right but the dosage thief may strike again. The only brain booster spared from underdosing is Huperzine.
From the look of things, TRANS4ORM is a solid, but common, green tea+caffeine+synephrine stack that is dusted with other ingredients that won’t add much due to tiny dosages and off-base bio-activities.
Trans4orm works but it’s not an advanced nootropic formula. We think that by streamlining the formula and adjusting some dosages, Trans4orm could rise up the ranks.
TRANS4ORM Benefits
TRANS4ORM works as a classic stimulating fat burner, but any nootropic benefits intended with this formula will be minimal at best.
Who Takes It?
Nothing much for strength here, and a moderate stimulant jolt… so its best suited for casual gym members who want to go beyond their green tea extract comfort zone. Casuals mostly exercise to lose weight so that means they’ll be lifting for volume (very, very light weights), dancing plenty of Zumba, and wasting time on the treadmill.
Any Side Effects?
Users may report stomach issues occasionally, likely due to the synephrine, caffeine, and green tea extract stack. As potent as this stack is, it doesn’t come without side effects and this big fact sheet of weight loss supplements tells of the different ones you could get with ingredients in TRANS4ORM. On top of that, it might cause a crash if you’re not tolerant to caffeine and stimulants.

Final Word on TRANS4ORM
It’s OK for fat-burning, and it falls way short as a brain-booster, but TRANS4ORM is pretty cheap as a bottle can last 60 days. Still, there are way smarter fat-burner stacks out there that offer more bang for the buck.

Best 5 Supplements says
No way, young Bro. Supplements we review on Best 5 are all “18 and over” formulas. There are too many risks and variables for anyone younger than 18 taking these products, and we strongly advise against it.
