There are a lot of things that can get extreme.
The first three that come to mind are happiness, anger, and constipation and we’re not sure about the first two.
Putting the word “extreme” in front of anything makes everyday words sound cool, but how about when it comes to losing weight?
Does “extreme weight loss” sounds more like a symptom to us but Evox seems to think otherwise when they came out with SHR3D-X: Xtreme Weight Loss.
What a name. Numbers instead of vowels, letter X abuse (the most alpha of letters, bro!), and adding “extreme” as icing on the cake. A really “cool” brand name but is it hot enough as a fat burner? Let’s find out.

About SHR3D-X: Xtreme Weight Loss
We know what shred and extreme weight loss stands for but what about the “3”? Evox’s poorly kept website says it means:
As easy as 1-2-3!
- SHR3D FAT
- LOSE POUNDS
- GET THE BODY YOU’VE ALWAYS WANTED!!
Pretty redundant but maybe that’s a good thing. Formula notes:
- Fucoxanthin: Old school is the new cool, SHR3D-X? We’ve all but forgotten this ingredient even existed.
- Potent fat burner: Six of our recommended fat burners made it to their formula, with a few in standardized form… POTENT QUALITY, bro.
- Prop blend: One look at the formula and you’ll think it’s “Prop-blendly” underdosed. Okay, that was bad but you get the point.

SHR3D-X’s formula is a phat fat burner that just might work, god dammit.
SHR3D-X has some of our recommended fat burners, including a few that are consistently found in the world’s best fat burner supplements. Let’s break it down:
B Vitamins: SHR3D-X starts with B-Complex vitamins. While they’re usually good for the body’s overall metabolic functions, you can get higher doses from actual B-Complex vitamins sold at your local drugstore. Forms aren’t good for B6 and B12 too. Talk about fluff.
Synergistic Weight Loss Formula, 695 mg
Green Tea Extract. Our #1 fat burner and being standardized is a sign of potency. Plus points for being first on the list which means it’s the heaviest ingredient in the blend.
Green Coffee Extract. Standardized like Green Tea Extract and is our #5 fat burner for many scientifically proven reasons.
Caffeine. Caffeine is known more as an energy booster but it also has plenty of merits as a fat burner. This explains why it’s our second best bet when it comes to fat burning ingredients.
Rhodiola. Not really a fat burner but serves as an awesome nootropic & physical performance-enhancer that helps fight fatigue and stress.
Taurine. Improves workouts via NO boost for robust circulation, physical energy and endurance. Not a fat burner but could be useful for exercise.
Yacon Root. For intestinal health and could reduce appetite but not enough studies to support it.
Raspberry Ketones. Initiates fat burning and boosts metabolism. Too bad it’s not higher on the list.
ALA. A nootropic & fat burner by the same mechanisms, which involve improving cell energy metabolism.
Garcinia Cambogia. Our #3 fat burner is located near the bottom so we’re almost sure it’s ineffective as a fat burner. Missed opportunity right here.
Coleus Forhskoli. Both a nootropic and fat burner but the dose is probably too low.
Fucoxanthin. Haven’t seen this one in a while. It’s capable of inducing fat loss while preventing fat cell growth. Impressive but why did SHR3D-X use a practically forgotten ingredient.
Piperine. A great ingredient to have which improves bioavailability of ingredients and increases potency of low-dosed ingredients.
Formula Analysis
Before we analyze the formula we just have to get this out: WTF is up with their website? Google it if you wanna see, but trust us bro, it’s a mess. This says something about the company behind SHR3D-X. Come on, Evox. The formula looks pretty good, you gotta shine up that website!
Moving on, the formula starts with a fluff B-Complex blend. We say fluff because the dosages look like they were added as an afterthought. We get it, bro. B-Complex are awesomeness for “overall metabolism and function” right?
Synergistic Weight Loss Formula
SHR3D-X’s prop blend begins with some of the best fat burners we know. Green Tea Extract, Green Coffee Extract, and Caffeine as the first three ingredients means they hold the most weight. GTE and GCE are also standardized so that means they are much more potent. This is a sign of intelligent design since these three are god-tier in rank when it comes to fat burners.
BUT, we must point out: GTE requires at least 400 mg to be effective as a standalone supplement. GCE and Caffeine requires at least 200 mg for fat burning. With a prop blend weight of just 695 mg, we can only assume they aimed for synergy with maybe half of each one. The synergy sounds promising even with half of everything but then SHR3D-X still has 9 other ingredients to fit in one 695 mg blend and you can expect some of them to be underdosed.
Rhodiola and ALA are great ingredients, but similarly look a little low on the list, so we’re not sure about dosage. Taurine was added as a performance enhancer but it doesn’t look like it’ll help you lift anything except a finger of disapproval.
There’s barely anything about Yacon and even the one study it has on obesity suggests a working dose of at least 140mg/kg. Garcinia is a really awesome fat burner but it won’t even so much as create a spark from where it’s positioned. The same goes for Forskohli.
Fucoxanthin is an odd addition; we haven’t seen it in a modern blend in a LONG time. The only thing we can be slightly sure of is the dosage as it only requires 2.4-8 mg to work. But it’s still a relatively understudied ingredient.
Last on the list is Piperine, a great bioavailability enhancer. WE FREAKIN LOVE PIPERINE, BRO.
Overall the formula seems to work as a fat burner but it would be more efficient if they trimmed the “fat” and upped a few of dosages… and then showed us the dosages, too.
SHR3D-X: Xtreme Weight Loss Benefits
It’s a fat burner first and the formula hints of it at least being decent at that one job. We’re not so sure about the other ingredients, like rhodiola and ALA… they might be dosed too low to deliver any benefits.
Who Takes It?
They put emphasis on the phrase “100% Vegan, Herbal Supplement” so they’re going for the vegans who want to take their weight loss program up a notch. The brown-green label even looks a little crunchy-granola. But they’re XTREME too, so bros who like to live on the edge might go for it.
Any Side Effects?
A few users report of headaches but that’s not out of the ordinary since it’s not a stim-free stack. Be aware of the usual suspects; potential jitters, irritability, and “raving man beast” behavior due to the caffeine.

Final Word on SHR3D-X: Xtreme Weight Loss
We like it, bro. There’s some questions about dosing on a few of their ingredients. But the ingredient choices — as well as their use of powerful standardized herbal extracts — helps to make up for that. We encourage EVO-X to update their label and show us the dosages.
