A lot of fat burners think they are so unique with their fancy blends or (obviously) biased clinical studies. But every now and then you do find something that looks legit based on the labels alone and right now we’re looking at NatureWise Thermo Blend.
With claims like “100% Verified Laboratory Tested” and “Doctor Formulated”, as well as some familiar premium ingredients in the mix, we can’t help but feel excited to see where this review will go.
At first glance, Thermo Blend seems to be one premium fat burner but would it survive our ever critical formula analysis? Let’s find out!

About Thermo Blend
NatureWise knows how to advertise a product. Their webpage on Thermo Blend is as clean and professional as it could get specially with its use of certifications. The product also seems to make use of premium capsuled called VCAPS Plus which is said to have optimal release and performance. We like a company that invests in the little things and so NatureWise gets a thumbs up from us for that thoughtfulness. Formula notes:
- Au Naturel: The supplement markets itself as some sort of natural and vegan fat burner. No wonder we see a lot of herbs.
- Clean label No prop blend needed. We also like what we see and what we don’t see i.e. no clutter in the other ingredients section.
- No caffeine. But it claims of natural energy so we’ll see how that goes.

Thermo Blend is a balance between being a good and a bad fat burner.
The formula Thermo Blend made use has us asking questions. On one side, it’s really potent and could trigger some mad thermo and another side makes us say it could’ve done away with probably 3-4 ingredients to make it all work better. Let’s break down the ingredients in this formula:
Green Tea Extract, 400 mg
Green tea extract has this fiery compound called EGCG which is capable of a lot of fat burning on top of other health benefits. This compound is the exact reason why green tea extract is our top fat burning ingredient. Based on the standardization, you get 200 mg of EGCG per serving which is standard.
Citrus Aurantium as Advantra Z®, 300 mg
Advantra Z is a brand known for its quality and synephrine. Synephrine tweaks fat burning hormones to go into overdrive and get your body melting fat like coal on a huge steam engine-powered train. As much as we applaud the 300 mg dose, we only get 18 mg of the good stuff and this is a disappointment since we know Advantra-Z has more potent forms.
Guarana seed, 200 mg
This is famous for being caffeine’s natural alternative. This is also the reason why Thermo Blend can claim to have natural energy without added caffeine because technically, they added a source of caffeine. According to label laws, those are two different things. What’s good about Guarana is how it can provide a slow-release effect which helps prevent jitters, crashing, and can provide moderate levels of energy throughout the day.
Rhodiola, 150 mg
Rhodiola is a great adaptogen and helpful for coping with the stress of going on a diet. Dosage is decent for stress and anxiety.
Eleuthero, 50 mg
Is an adaptogen root herb and is pretty good to have for fighting stress and promoting focus. It works like Rhodiola but we think they should’ve added more Rhodiola instead of including a similar herb.
Cocoa, 50 mg
It’s in plain form instead of the seed extract but it might still help improve blood flow and balance blood pressure. It’s not really a fat burner, though.
Cayenne, 50 mg
Cayenne is one of our hottest fat burning ingredients which helps force your body into fat burning mode the moment you ingest it. Dosage is minimal but could still make you feel warm which is a sign it’s working.
N-Acetyl-Tyrosine, 25 mg
A really puny dose of an otherwise great stress-busting nootropic and a shame too since it’s the most potent form.
L-Carnitine, 25 mg
Now this is just crazy. L-Carnitine is an honest to goodness fat burner capable of a lot of metabolic benefits and yet here we are, forced to look at it with a miserable dose. How miserable? The standard dosage for L-Carnitine is 500 mg and that ain’t even 10%, folks.
Formula Analysis
Like we mentioned, Thermo Blend is a mix of both good and bad. At first glance, it looks to be one of the best fat burners we’ve seen in a while but it says otherwise once we zoom in.
It has the likes of Green tea, Synephrine, Cayenne, Guarana, and Rhodiola in really good doses for fat burning, “clean” energy, and even for an anti-stress twist. Then we’re presented with the rest of the ingredients which, in our humblest opinion, should’ve been scrapped before finalizing the product.
Eleuthero is decent but why not just add more Rhodiola? Cocoa in powder form with a small dose is useless. N-Acetyl-Tyrosine is a really good nootropic and L-Carnitine a great fat burner but those 25 mg doses won’t work even if you prayed to all the gods and saints you know. Did they actually think these things would work at those doses?
So what happened here? We think the struggle to be different in a sea of common faces caused NatureWise to add some ingredients for the sake of just having them in. It’s a shame too since if they’d done away with 3-4 of the ingredients here, their Thermo Blend would’ve easily been a good candidate for our next Best 5 Fat Burners list.
Thermo Blend Benefits
Based on what we know, you’ll definitely feel an increase in warmth as your body gets its metabolism revved up. You might also have a sense of clarity and just feel good overall. For energy, it should be good enough even at 100 mg of caffeine since your body will be burning fat for fuel anyway.
Who Takes It?
Based on the bottle, Thermo Blend is for people who want a ripped body but don’t want anything to do with caffeine or stimulants and we agree. It’s also for customers who like going all-natural since it’s “Non-GMO, Vegan, and Gluten-Free”.
Any Side Effects?
If you’re not a fan of sweating then you might not like it since this product contains a lot of thermo-inducing ingredients. As for the jitters and other stimulant-induced side effects, we’re almost sure it wouldn’t be a problem since 100 mg of caffeine is just a cup of brewed coffee but if you’re sensitive, then expect some of the issues to appear.

Final Word on Thermo Blend
Thermo Blend is the kind of fat burner you’re not sure if you should praise or punish. It was a great formula to work with until they added some fancy ingredients and just ruined the whole thing. Do we recommend it? Only if you don’t have anything better to settle with or if you have a stack to complement the gaps in its formula.
We personally think Thermo Blend should’ve put more weight into some of their potent ingredients otherwise just cut them out and focus on what’s left behind. That’s what some of the best fat burners do.
