You ever get a case of “Plumper Fever”, Bro?? We gotta admit, Ashley Graham got us thinking that big is beautiful. Aaaaand here comes the chorus of catty cries saying, “But, but, it’s not HEALTHY!”
Of course it’s not. That’s why people do wacky shit to shed pounds… including Liposuction. How crazy it this idea, sucking out one’s fat?? Getting lipo is usually the last resort; an expensive shortcut.
NexGen’s LipoX seems to invoke “liposuction” with its name — which would actually make this “Professional Grade” appetite suppressant and weight loss supplement a shortcut to a shortcut.
But we know shortcuts don’t work… right? Will this small bottle be enough to make liposuction clinics run for their money? Let’s check it out! (BTW, Never change, Ashley Graham. NEVER!)

About LipoX
LipoX claims to specifically work on “problem areas” which are probably the likes of love handles and manboobs. They also say if you take this, it will result to “powerful weight loss quickly and easily!” Nothing comes quick and easy in the supplement world, though, and as “professional grade” supplement reviewers, we’ll have to call them out on that as early as now. Formula notes:
- Prop Blend: Professional Grade products shouldn’t use prop blend, bro.
- Less caffeine than coffee: This can be a good or bad thing but in this case, it’s bad.
- Nothing premium: Oh come on, I thought you guys were pros?

LipoX is a fat burner that’s all over the map.
A fat burner is mostly supposed to burn fat, right? Not in the case of LipoX. Bro, its formula is dominated by oddball ingredients, including some flavor-of-the-month fat-burners that are way past their prime:
- Raspberry Ketones: The first ingredient in the blend is known to activate fat burning mode while also blocking fat storage. Animal studies suggest it can also trigger lipolysis by stimulating the neurotransmitter norepinephrine.
- African Mango. One of those new herbs regarded as a fat loss ingredient, most likely as a dietary fiber the same way as Glucomannan. African Mango Extract, as a form of fiber, helps a lot in terms of blood sugar control and suppressing appetite. One study even goes and declares it an ingredient that “significantly reduces body weight” at 300 mg a day. The test method conducted is a bit questionable or of low quality, though, since the weight loss could’ve been attributed to other factors.
- Acai Fruit: Anyone who’s taken something for their health knows what Acai is. One study notes its use in general cardiovascular health but not as a weight loss ingredient. We speculate they added this in for more resveratrol which we’ll get to later on.
- Green Tea Extract. Our favorite fat burner slides to fourth place in this blend and we couldn’t be more disappointed but at least it’s here. Too bad it’s not standardized for the good stuff.
- Resveratrol. This is the active compound in wine which is said to increase your years on Earth. It’s more of a heart supplement and antioxidant more than anything else. Not a fat burner.
- Caffeine. The bottle says it’s proud to have less than a cup of coffee’s worth of caffeine although we’re not sure how small. In a potent fat burner, with ingredients that don’t rely on stimulants to work, this would be a welcome thought but LipoX has so far shown to not be that type of fat burner.
- Apple Cider Powder. Apple Cider Vinegar is a purported Jack-of-all-trades kind of food. It’s anti-infection, anti-diabetic, anti-cancer and other sorts of “anti” things. Its only clinically studied evidence as a fat burner is by being a satiating ingredient. Another study noted this on humans when volunteers ingested 30 ml and induced a delay in gastric emptying aka you make the food stay in your belly longer than normal. As far as dosing is concerned, this one’s pretty puny.
- Kelp. Kelp is a weird addition but it’s reported to suppress appetite at 400 mg. We’re pretty sure 400 mg won’t be found here.
- Grapefruit. Grapefruit may help reduce body weight but requires around 100 mg as bioflavonoids. Since it wasn’t specified, we have to assume this is just plain old grapefruit powder and is therefore ineffective.
Formula Analysis
What does LipoX intend to do with its ingredients? Based on what we see; we can establish the general fat loss strategy:
1. Trigger fat burning mode
Raspberry ketones are hot and trendy but not really an effective fat burner compared to the other three. Grapefruit is a classic weight loss fruit, but we’re not sure if a lil powder is gonna work. Green tea is here but we think it’s underdosed, especially since it’s not standardized. Speaking of Caffeine, it is here, but we’re annoyed they don’t tell us how much. Responsible fat-burners don’t want you to freak out with jitters, so they will always tell you how much ‘FEINE they are packin’. We’re thinking the Kelp falls in this category too, because its iodine supports robust thyroid function & metabolic performance.
2. Control appetite
For African Mango, we like that it supplies fiber. We don’t like that it’s totally out of style, and that people are opting for other forms of fiber in their fat burners (this awesome fat-burner stack supplies glucomannan “fat-loss fiber” at a good dosage, for example). Apple Cider Vinegar is actually pretty legendary for weight loss, because it delays gastric emptying… which helps appetite, sure.
3. Support cardiovascular health on the side?
The general health ingredients are Acai and Resveratrol. The only reason you would need these two in a fat burner is if you’re marketing towards home remedy fanatics or if you want to make your product expensive. There are no purported weight loss benefits from these two as standalone ingredients. They just take up space which could’ve supplied the real ingredients in this fat burner.
As far as efficacy is concerned, we’re sure LipoX won’t be ranking up any top X list of best/recommended fat burners in the future. It’s a fat burner that tried to win the hearts of home remedy enthusiasts and sacrificed overall quality for it. What’s funny is this would’ve worked decently had it focused its dosages on its fat burners and appetite suppressants.
LipoX Benefits
You might get some mild fat burning going on here but nothing too hot. It could potentially work well as an appetite suppressant. Some of these ingredients are awesome, but as with all prop blends, we can’t confidently proclaim a benefit if we don’t know what any of the dosages are!
Who Takes It?
Welp, they call it “professional grade,” invoke “liposuction” with the name, and when you look at the branding, it looks suspiciously like a pharmaceutical drug bottle. So we’re thinking LipoX might attract people who are looking for a “weight loss drug” that they can buy OTC or online. But no such thing exists, Bro, and LipoX certainly ain’t it.
Any Side Effects?
We’re pretty sure you wouldn’t get all jittery or crashy here if they’re true to their caffeine claim so that checks out. Then again, this is a rare case where we would actually prefer to have stimulant side effects just so we know this product works the way it tells us it would.
LipoX Summary
Pros
- Some great burners. Green tea & ‘feine are in our Best 5 list.
- Appetite Control. We’re steering towards this as a primary perk.
Cons
- Prop Blend. Always a red flag.
- Light Scorching. We’re not sure if this will make you feel hot at all.
- Underdosing. Poor doses, or so we assume (prop blend)
Pricing & Buying Info
- 1 bottle (1 month): $29.99
- Available online and in retail stores
Final Word on LipoX
LipoX is not gonna suck out your fat like liposuction would. Sure, it’s got some great ingredient choices, and it’s almost got an awesome formula strategy. But we’re discouraged by its trendy ingredients, its ingredients that have nothing to do with fat loss, and its crappy practice of hiding dosages in a prop blend. We hate to say but NexGen BioLabs may have some ethics problems too, judging from BBB and other online reports. Anyway, you can give it a shot, but don’t expect lipo-like results. Pick some from our list of Best Fat Burners instead. Because we care, bro.
