For lifters, being dialed-in means being so good at lifting you should be arrested just for being so damn good at it.
You smash PR after PR and conquer more gyms than Ash Ketchum did in the whole Pokemon series.
Being dialed-in is to be the baddest badass anyone has ever seen and that’s what Pride Nutrition seeks to do when they came out with Dialed-In, a fat burner.
Is DIALED-IN extreme enough to get you dialed-in? Let’s find out!
(*it’s just a joke, bro. Toddlers should not take fat burners.)

About DIALED-IN Extreme
Pride Nutrition’s DIALED-IN is said to improve fat loss, boost metabolism, give energy & focus, and even provides thyroid support. It even promises to be an “EXTREME THERMOGENIC FORMULA.” It looks awesome and all but looking at the supplement facts tells us a different story; a half-baked story. Formula notes:
- One capsule/serving: Pretty easy to understand but is one capsule enough?
- Tyrosine: A nootropic as the first ingredient in a fat burner? Mmm’kay.
- Good synergy: As a stack it makes sense, because some of these ingredients work well together and even make each other better.

DIALED-IN Extreme is not “extreme”
There, we said it.
If you’re looking for that intense fat-burning activity that sears the eyebrows off your face then look elsewhere, bro.
This doesn’t mean it SUCKS as a fat-burner or anything. In fact, its kind of a cool formula. It’s just not as advertised. Let’s break down the ingredients in DIALED-IN:
L-Tyrosine, 225 mg
L-Tyrosine is a great nootropic especially if you have it as NALT. DIALED-IN claims to have it for thyroid support to maximize metabolic rate. It does so by helping to release hormones called catecholamines which are mediators of lipolysis and thermogenesis in the body. We get that angle. But here’s a pro tip: Get your L-Tyrosine in a kickass nootropic formula that uses the superior NALT form.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 125 mg
Acetyl-L-Carnitine or ALCAR is able to move fat into cells to be burned as energy for their metabolism. We like this ingredient but ALCAR requires more to work its magic. A lot more: It needs at least 1,500 mg or else you’re not hitting Critical Mass. Dosage fail.
Caffeine, 125 mg
Well you can’t go wrong with our #2 Fat Burner. But we like to think 125 mg is a mild dosage, considering the best fat-burner stacks push the ‘feine up to 300 mg, while others go 400 mg (too much, bro!)
White Willow Bark, 52.5 mg
Better known as Salicin, it offers protection against adrenaline-killing enzymes and ephedra-inhibiting prostaglandins which are necessary for Synephrine activity. Dosage is said to be standardized for 7.5 mg Salicin which is too weak. Studies advise at least 30 mg per day.
Synephrine HCl, 10 mg
Synephrine is a safer form of ephedra. Good fat burners readily use at least 20-25 mg (some even use 50 mg!) so the dosage here is mild.
Guggulsterones as Guggul EZ100, 10 mg
Guggulsterones are known to stimulate thyroid function similar to how Tyrosine does it for enhanced metabolism. Dosage is once again a little low as standard doses start at 25 mg.
Formula Analysis
Its approach is simple: Get high on energy while stimulating your thyroid to burn fat from the inside all the while keeping you calm and sane with a big nootropic dose.
Starting with a cheap form of Tyrosine isn’t exactly a good way to introduce a fat burner.
Some other ingredients make sense though, and show smart formulation. The even have the Synephrine-Caffeine-Salicin stack, an awesome threesome that works together really well. And the guggulsterones and Tyrosine also work together in similar ways, possibly in synergy, so that is another slick move.
But we got beef with these dosages, bro. Many just seem low. Maybe it’s because of the 1-cap serving. Sure, you could double up and it would be more extreme… but then the price gets a little harder to swallow.
Overall, an interesting fat-burning stack, but not for hardcore bros who want an intense punch in the freakin’ face when they take a fat burner.
Dialed-In Benefits
The most it can most likely give you is energy and maybe a bit of sweating. The formula is meant to stimulate and make you hot but potency has always varied per person. Will it accelerate fat loss as claimed? Maybe if you double up on dosing and work out like an animal. There should be some focus and alertness benefits too that may help you at the gym, thanks to caffeine, ALCAR and Tyrosine.
Who Takes It?
It’s definitely for people who go to the gym to run on the treadmill or self-proclaimed gym bunnies who don’t really lift much or at all. There’s just not enough juice in one serving to keep you lifting beyond what your body can already do despite its claim of being “an excellent pre-workout boosting agent to help maximize your training sessions.” Still, for newbies looking for a milder introduction to fat-burners, it might be just right.
Any Side Effects?
The side effects are all from stimulants such as jittering, nausea, and headaches. Pretty extensive warning label is shown above, which we appreciate. We’d rather know about all the crazy shit that can happen than have it be hidden from us. Thanks Pride Nutrition. Still, we are not too worried about these side effects given the potency of the product, but proceed with caution if you double up.
DIALED-IN Summary
Pros
- One-cap serving. Simple enough to understand.
- Synergistic. It’s a good fat-burning stack.
- Mild side effects. Small doses won’t harm you (as much).
Cons
- Poor doses. Synergy is good but dosage makes it weak.
- “Am I a fat burner?” Tyrosine is a nootropic first and a fat-burner second.
- Fluff. Rice flour will always be fluff.
- Expensive. It’s “extremely” expensive for what it can do.

Final Word on DIALED-IN
DIALED-IN had the right formula design but lacked the dosage to make it all work to its best potential. As we said earlier, the only way DIALED-IN can be redeemed is if you double on the serving at the risk of having too much caffeine in your system. Then again, that price tag isn’t exactly appealing either especially when we have better fat burners that cost just as much or even less.
